It was odd, as she'd try it again, her manipulation of reality, but it wasn't the same. I was no longer dampening my senses, and as a result, I could see her do it, or rather, I could see her try. She'd flicker in and out reality, but I'd still be able to see her, approaching me.
It would become apparent to everyone, and even her that I could see her. There was an awkward silence for a few seconds before she unveiled herself, but she didn't seem quite bothered, a little annoyed, but nothing else.
I would be instructed to return to shore, and so I would, teleporting instinctually. I had managed to confuse myself, as I thought my magic was useless, but it was apparent that not all my magic was useless.
