Nepheline and Shade swam through the calm waters of the oasis, quickly reaching the underground area through the hole in the depths, and then entering an area full of water flowing somewhere else. It seemed that this was the water that also surged into the surface, keeping the oasis with waves, something that shouldn't even be possible to begin with as it was supposed to be a lake.
"This must be the underground rivers the kids talked about, right?"
Nepheline floated in midair, as she glanced around her surroundings. By using a simple Float Spell, the hero specialized in stone magic could easily float in the sky indefinitely, one of the advantages and reasons why, even elemental specializers, had to learn a lot of basic spells of various other elements at the beginning.
