Captain Xena made her way through the halls of the Xala royal palace. Her destination was the queen's bed chamber. Upon arrive at the extravagantly carved set of stone double doors, she sounded her fist atop their surface. The stone was thick and a normal knock would not suffice.
"Mmm...Who is it?" A sultry feminine voice responded from the other side.
"It is Xena, my Queen."
"Come in."
Xena's muscles rippled as she braced her legs and pushed open the stone doors. Some might think that these doors were excessive and that they would prevent the Queen's servants from doing their duty, but Albion was a Kingdom that valued strength. If one could not manage this much, then they didn't even deserve a position as low as servitude.
