I also belatedly realise as I was making my way outside of the Sect palace that I had no place to stay the night.
It would be extremely simple and easy to just ask for a place to stay for the night, either here or in the Royal Palace.
But I didn't really feel like doing so. Especially not this late at night, which was around like ten in the evening or something. I don't know the exact time, I didn't see a clock on the way out.
Still, I was curious as to what the city was like at night, as unlike Krara city, I would assume that this one is much more vibrant and lively now that it's dark. Or I hope it is at least.
Slithering out of the palace, I saw the glistening night sky up above, and from afar, I could see the lights that littered the streets of the city just off in the distance.
"Ah, there you are. I was wondering when you'd come out." Someone called out to me, someone from the meeting.
