It's been a week since Ryoichi met Mirai and handed her the blueprint of the Essence condensing Engine.
A machine that used technology similar to the Particle Accelerator from his previous life.
Although the device concept is slightly similar. It doesn't just accelerate particles and collide them with each other to generate energy. It also condenses that energy and liquidizes it.
The machine was a master creation of Oda Noriyama; an era-defining genius whose invention helped in the creation of the Gene Limit Breaking potion.
Humans have limits not only a talent one but also a racial one as well. Humans despite having Chakra like Celestial races can't achieve Super Kage level of strength and even a Kage level of strength can be achieved by some selective humans.
In case some prodigy is even born with the potential to reach Super Kage level like Itachi Uchiha, their feeble human body will fail them as Itachi's did.
The only humans in the Elemental nation's history to reach Super Kage are the reincarnations of Asura and Indra.
Their Chakra came directly from Hagoromo who absorbed some of the Chakra fruit when he was just a fetus, giving his Chakra some special properties. Hagoromo's Chakra refined the bloodline of the reincarnation of Indra and Asura, making them quarter Otsutsuki.
But even with Otsutsuki DNA, those reincarnations were never able to reach Sage-level power. Hashirama came closest to breaking that limit but even he couldn't as his body started collapsing despite his terrifying healing prowess.
Madara only reached Sage level when he absorbed the Ten tails.
The Gene Limit Breaking potion helped the humans break their limits and the Essence Condensing engine made it possible by breaking to breaking down Shinju and extracting their unique Essence.
Ryoichi had started Mirai building the machine a week ago, and if she had handed the process to adequate people it should be done building by now.
Rhoichi wanted to teleport to Akihara village and start creating the limit-breaking potions to increase the strength of his subordinates but he was caught in something far more interesting and important.
The DNA samples he had analysed in PCR finally showed some results after a week.
Normally it wouldn't have taken this long but his original device wasn't powerful enough to fully reveal the secret of Otsutsuki genes. He had to upgrade the device to analyse them.
"Interesting," Ryoichi muttered looking at the screens showing the details and comparison of five different DNA.
The first screen showed the DNA of Hagoromo. Its structure, its uniqueness and a comparison with a human's DNA both with Chakra and without.
The second showed Hamura with the same setup, and the third, fourth, and fifth showed Aina's, Otsutsuki Cyborg and Kaguya's.
The sixth screen showed the comparison between the five DNAs. Four of the DNAs showed remarkable compatibility and closeness while one showed differences and uniqueness with others.
Surprisingly the unique one wasn't the Cyborg's but Aina's despite originating from Kaguya's lineage.
"I'm sure my future self experimented on her or her parents. Either that or he created a unique race for his children." Ryoichi analysed.
'The DNA structure of Aina is much better than the Otsutsuki's DNA I acquired. Not only did it have all the adaptability of humans alongside the advantages of the Senju and Uchiha bloodlines but also the higher growth ceiling of Otsutsuki without both their weaknesses. And if all the benefits weren't enough Aina's bloodline also has an innate affinity to Chakra and Natural Energy, making it easier for her to manipulate and mould those energies to their utmost limits.' Ryoichi thought as he focused on the third screen. He zoomed on her DNA bonds and carefully studied them.
The more he delved in them the more amazed he became. But as he was studying their genetic makeup to replicate the effect he ran into a problem.
"Is this a gene lock…?" Ryoichi muttered. Just as he was about to delve deeper into the gene lock he felt Nanami standing outside his lab.
"Enter," Ruoichi spoke causing Nanami to open the soundproofed door and enter.
Ryoichi watched as she entered and scanned the room, particularly the screen showing DNA.
"What is it?" Ryoichi questioned causing her to stop looking at the screen and focus on him.
"I am here to remind you of your dinner with Lady Mito, Lord Ryoichi," Nanami answered.
"Is it already the time?"
"Yes. And I have prepared the bath and clothes beforehand as you have instructed." Nanami said as she followed Rypichi outside the lab.
