On the front page of the entertainment section of the Bay City Metropolitan, the headline read that young Mrs. Osborne had shared her divorce certificate, proving that she had divorced Connor Osborne four months ago and they were no longer husband and wife.
Beneath the divorce certificate was a personally signed statement from Anna Ainsworth stating that she and Connor Osborne had long since divorced, and that she could not inherit the shares left to her by Old Madam Osborne, nor did she have the right to do so. Thus, she voluntarily renounced Old Madam Osborne's 30% of the stock and would no longer seek any from Osborne Holdings.
