The Topaz King walked through another town he destroyed. His foot crushed a doll into ash as he stepped on it. He approached a big house and walked in making himself comfortable. He found a wine rack and poured a glass. 'Ah superb. With my new body I can taste the very history of this wine. From the wood of the barrel it fermented into the very grapes grown from the earth' he chuckled to himself draining the glass. He poured another and sniffed it deep in thought. He stared up at a portrait of a family with the head of the household standing behind. The mayor of this town he had destroyed and the very house he resided in. 'I've hit five towns killing all within it and not one knight has come to stop me. The king is blind to his own people being slaughtered?' He shook his head while taking a drink. 'Can't be right? Mister Chivalry himself turning his back upon the humble folk?' he took the bottle and began walking out the house. He then made his way out of town slowly. He was in no hurry and didn't seem like he was bound to attract attention at all.
He drained the bottle and his nanobots ate it into nothing. He pushed his hands in his pockets and followed the road towards the next town. He had done this several times and each time he would be either set upon by beasts, or thieves. Both never saw their deaths coming. He would disperse the bots in a swarm and in three seconds all would be gone. His path cleared and he fed upon the chi. After a while this routine got boring and when he walked through a dark forest following the road. He was set upon by a group of ten men. He sighed as he kept his hands in his jacket pocket. "Alright that's far enough boy! Drop all your possessions and clothes here and you walk out a free man!" One of the masked men ordered.
An idea struck him as his eyes shot open wide. 'Ask these fools about the news of the kingdom! Then kill them! Yes!' He cleared his throat and straightened his back. He smiled big with glowing yellow eyes. This took the men by surprise as a couple instinctively slowly took a step back. "Before we get down to busy gentlemen, perhaps you could assist me?" The leader hooked his eyebrow up and was confused. His sword slowly lowered, "What?" He asked plainly. He looked back at his men. "This guy for real? Or is he just daft?" He didn't expect an answer from his men. Even they were surprised by this man's demeanor.
"I'll rephrase my statement then since you seem to be stupid. I want to know something in particular about the news of the kingdom. Think you dumb dumbs can answer that for me?" He kept smiling and was now glaring at them with his eyes. The leader was now scowling in anger. "Alright give me your fucking property! Rather not sell bloody clothes!" With a flash a swarm of what appeared to be insects to the men engulfed their leader and in seconds he was no more, the swarm dispersing and then merging back into the Topaz King's body. "Do you fellows feel the same as him?" He waited for the other men to answer. One perked up and answered back "What news do you wanna hear then?" He asked, waiting for directions. The Topaz King relaxed his posture, "Good glad to see one of you wants to take this opportunity. What can you tell me of the state of affairs going on right now?" The man looked confused to hear this man was living under a rock. "As of the moment we do not know actually. The capital has been silent of late and knights patrolling have dwindled which is a strange occurrence. No one can get information as to what is happening. Last reported the people of the capital were evacuated into a safe haven in the mountains during a Transmutation process by the King" Topaz nodded at this. 'I see he put himself through the same process as that Draven' he nodded at this information.
"Why evacuate a whole city just for that?" He knew part of the answer to this, but he didn't want to assume. The man shrugged, "I assume because it's a volatile procedure sir. I do not know why, nor do I care. For us bandits business has been booming without the threat of the knights tracking us down" Topaz was lost in thought and didn't see the man reaching for his knife slowly. "Any other reports I should know about?" the man thought for a moment and then nodded. "Actually there have been rumors of entire villages being wiped away without a trace. And another of someone going in and slaughtering everyone looking for enchanted blades. A monster in rags carrying a sword with grey skin and jagged teeth. The hunters of this land have been searching for this monster with a heavy bounty added to its head" that took the king by surprise as he heard this news. 'Another interloper has entered the fold I see? Well then I think me and this monster should meet?' he then thought of another question.
"The last sighting of this monster? What village was hit last?" The man looked confused. "I didn't know a lake town last I heard?" Topaz King looked satisfied and nodded. "Okay. Thank you for the help you may get now" the men looked surprised. And the one answering questions seemed to relax. He and the others looked at each other before running into the dark woods out of sight. Topaz King paid them no mind after that. He was more interested in this monster and the state of the capital.

A village far from the Topaz King was littered with mangled bodies and corpses in pieces all throughout the village. Men with farming tools and crude swords were all heading towards a location in the village. Most were injured and determined to make whatever did this pay. They all stopped at a smithing shop where inside a medium size individual with a ragged hood and cloak was pilfering through weapons inside. He was not quiet as he threw weapons to the side that didn't seem to meet his expectations. "COME OUT MONSTER!" One of the men yelled. The figure stopped searching and stood erect. He turned and revealed the face of the Hellion. He gripped his sword and unsheathed it. "Interruptions. Interruptions!" He said as he then sprinted out the door jumping into the air and landing on the men. Stabbing one through the eye and quickly slicing up two more. The villagers stood no chance as in seconds they were all dead. The Hellion then walked back into the smith shop. He then found a dagger with an aura coming off it. It was enclosed in an enchanted box. The Hellion drooled as he then used a long nail to pick the lock. His fingernails were shiney silver and metal. With ease the box opened up. He picked up the dagger and then with a big bite from his metal teeth bit down and snapped the dagger in two. He then ate with delight before he began to smell something else. He walked towards the closed door. He opened it and found a room filled with weapons that were giving off negative chi. This was not appetizing to him when he only wanted pure chi enchantments on weapons over the corrupted. Which in itself is ironic when he was born from corruption itself. He saw a big sword about his size. It had a broad wide blade with a triangle tip. The hilt had a skull screaming wide with the blade protruding from its mouth. He smiled as he looked at it. "Well this looks like a fun toy!" He then looked at the others and smiled.
