As my mother slowly opened her eyes, she looked at me with a contented smile on her face. She then looked at Dimitri with the same smile and said, "Your mother did not lie at all when she told you those things."
It was Dimitri's turn to open his mouth in amazement. Seeing that his eyes seemed to have lots of questions, my mother explained further without waiting for him to ask more about it. She said in summary, "It seems that you have a minute amount of mystique blood coursing in your veins. It also contained some dormant abilities as well. This time, I couldn't help but share my thoughts on the matter. I told my mother, "His father is part of the Athanoviya royal family while his mother married into the Vacarro ducal house so I am not sure what her family name was. Do those two family names ring a bell?"
