Chapter 129 - Chapter 129 - The Ties That Bind Us: Revelations, Reunions, and Family Vacation - Part 10

Azarath

A ripple in space materialized in the tranquil realm of Azarath, the home of the House of Gula in this lower realm. Orach emerged first, followed by Diana, Rachel, Adirosas, and Aurelia. Before them stretched a serene landscape—a winding path through an ancient forest opening into vast grasslands. On the horizon stood the ruins of Old Azarath, where only a handful of weathered citadels and the ancient library remained standing. To the right, upon a nearby hill, nestled among blooming gardens and a farm, stood a modest home—the first dwelling Orach and Rachel had shared after their fateful meeting.

"Such rich Ki..." Adirosas whispered appreciatively, sensing the realm's nascent spirit. "Brother, this realm holds immense potential. Its spiritual essence, though young, is remarkably pure. A perfect sanctuary in the lower realms."

Orach nodded, his expression gentle as he turned to Rachel. "Rachel, I recall you visited Azarath before going to Earth with your mother and Kara. What brought you here?"

"We were going to the memorial, so I came home to pick fresh flowers," Rachel replied, adjusting her hood. Her brow furrowed slightly at the question. "Is everything alright, Dad?"

A knowing smile graced Orach's features. "Nothing's wrong, princess. Everything is exactly how it should be." He raised his hand deliberately, God Ki gathering at his fingertips. "Now, let me show you our new home in Azarath."

With a resonant snap that echoed through the realm, the scenery before them began to change. The grasslands and ruins melted away like morning mist, unveiling a majestic mountain that pierced the sky. The remnants of old Azarath arranged themselves around its base, while a natural spiral staircase curved gracefully along its slopes. At its peak stood a massive tree pulsing with life, and surrounding it was their new home—a seamless fusion of castle and stellar Saiyan engineering. On one side, lush gardens sprawled across the grounds, while on the other, a magnificent pool with crystalline walls seemed to float in the sky, providing sweeping views of the entire realm. Behind it all, a waterfall thundered down the mountainside, its waters flowing through the rest of Azarath.

"Dad... what did you do?" Rachel whispered, her mouth agape in astonishment. Though she knew her father had sent droids from the Void Sentinel to complete his laboratory and their new home before departing for Oa, this far surpassed anything she had imagined. 'A mountain—he created an entire mountain! Did he really order Azarath's spirit to reshape the terrain? This isn't just a home, it's a freaking castle!'

Diana stood equally stunned, her usual composure momentarily faltering. Despite centuries of witnessing grand structures and palaces, this creation—this seamless fusion of majesty and futuristic Saiyan-tech—left her speechless. But, her shock soon melted into fond resignation as she gazed at her future husband. 'Typical Orach. I should expect nothing less from him by now.' With a gentle shake of her head, she linked her arm through his. "You never do anything small, do you? Did it have to be so extravagant?"

Orach's brow furrowed in genuine confusion as he surveyed their stunned expressions. "You don't like it?" he asked, gesturing at what he considered a modest dwelling. "This is the bare minimum I could manage with Earth's materials."

Diana and Rachel shared a knowing look.

"It's beautiful," Diana assured him, her lips quirking into an amused smile, "just a touch... excessive."

"Dad," Rachel added, "you literally reshaped the terrain!"

"Excessive?" Orach frowned at the structure. "By Earth's standards, perhaps—but in the higher realms, other royal Saiyans would consider this basic. Once Azarath's spirit evolves further, we could enhance our new home into something truly worthy of—"

Diana silenced him with a gentle finger to his lips, her eyes filled with affection. "Let's save those plans for another time, shall we? Rachel and I are still adjusting to the higher realm standards." Rising on her toes, she leaned close to his ear and whispered, "And perhaps next time, run these grand ideas by me first?"

Orach's expression remained troubled, yet he understood that just as he needed to adjust to Earth's standards, his lover and daughter—having originated from the lower realm—would need time to understand his higher realm standards. "As you wish, my love. I understand."

Nearby, Adirosas and Aurelia watched this scene and exchanged a glance. Aurelia spoke softly, her expression serious,"Looks like they still aren't used to higher realms yet. This could be… problematic."

"Yes," replied Adirosas, slightly lowering his head. "My dear, try to spend time with them—you're both bound to be sisters in the future. This way, you'll learn about them and can help them understand the higher realms before… the others descend."

"You mean before Big Sister Ayami and Big Sister Amara descend," Aurelia whispered back in a solemn tone.

Despite their attempt at discretion, their whispers reached Orach's enhanced senses. Hearing their exchange, he remained silent, believing their plan was sound. He would let events unfold naturally. "Alright, let's get going," he said, turning to Adirosas and Aurelia. "We can chat as we walk."

As Rachel surveyed the sight, her gaze fell on her old home. "Dad," she asked softly, "why keep the old house separate instead of making it part of the mountain?"

"Isn't that obvious, little one?" Orach stepped forward and knelt before his daughter, his eyes meeting hers. "That's our first home—the place where a brave young girl once invited a stranger to share a meal, where two lost souls found family in each other. As long as I exist, that first home of ours will forever stand, as will this realm. I swear it in my name, Orach of Sadala."

As soon as the words left his mouth, the Dragon Realm of Tribulation within Orach's inner realm roared, as if bearing witness to his solemn vow. For a brief moment, Rachel could swear she saw her father's eyes glow giving off the same terrifying feeling she had felt when her grandmother's soul shard summoned the Heavenly Tribulation.

Rachel's eyes glistened with understanding. She nodded silently before starting up the path. Orach rose, taking Diana's hand in his, and together they led their small group toward their new home.

"So, how are the others doing?" Orach asked, glancing at Adirosas and Aurelia as they walked.

Adirosas's expression turned somber as he gazed at the realm's scenery. "When news of Sadala's fall and your presumed death reached us... it devastated everyone. Each of us dealt with the loss differently."

"Brother Chenyu was negotiating peace between warring factions in the Celestial Imperium when he heard the reports. The news shattered his calm façade completely. In his rage, he single-handedly slaughtered both armies, blaming them for wasting time he could have spent defending Alacrity. That day, he earned the title 'The Sword Asura' after being found amid countless corpses." Adirosas's voice grew quiet. "We later learned a third party had been manipulating both forces. While Brother Chenyu and his family still hunt those responsible, he's managed to mostly restore his diplomatic image through his recent works and actions. Though now, the Celestial Imperium knows the truth - beneath his kind exterior lies formidable power."

Orach listened silently, head bowed and hair shadowing his eyes. Diana squeezed his arm reassuringly while Rachel slowed her pace, absorbing every word.

"Brother Anselm's story is equally concerning," Adirosas continued. "During a breakthrough attempt, something went terribly wrong. An ominous Ki erupted from him, instantly turning an entire planet into a cursed wasteland. Even with two True God realm experts and twelve Emperor ranks trying to contain it, several suffered injuries. Though he achieved half step High Emperor rank, he fell into a coma. His father, the realm's king, shielded him from news of Alacrity until he recovered. After learning the truth, Anselm spent centuries in seclusion, traveling through the Mandala Higher realm seeking answers. He has only recently exited seclusion as a High Emperor."

Orach's fists clenched at his sides. Diana, sensing his tension, held his hands more firmly.

"But there is good news," Adirosas said, his tone lightening. "Remember Haruki? Big sister Ayami's little brother, who used to follow us around? He's become a true Young Heavenly Emperor. The heavenly tribulation we shared seemed to favor him - he's already at low Emperor rank, nearly reaching mid Emperor."

"That's... good to hear," Orach replied warmly, remembering the determined young boy.

"He's grown into quite the diplomatic prince too," Adirosas added with a slight chuckle. "Given Big Sister Ayami's... lack of empathy for outsiders, Haruki's become quite skilled at smoothing things over."

"The likable prince of the Demiplanes," Orach mused, smiling. "I can imagine he needs those skills with Big Sister's personality. Though if she heard us talking like this..."

"Oh, her punishments are no joke, especially at High Emperor rank now," Adirosas replied with a wry smile. But, recalling the events back then, his expression soon darkened. "But there's something more serious we need to discuss. During Alacrity's battle with Evil God Sevich's forces, we discovered traitors in both the Blood Realm and Demiplanes."

Orach stopped abruptly, turning to face Adirosas, his eyes narrowing. "Tell me everything."

Adirosas nodded gravely. "Back then, in the Demiplanes, it wasn't exactly treachery but ignorance that proved deadly. A merchant unknowingly brought in a corrupted crew member. The infection spread rapidly, creating a breach in the realm's defenses that let more corrupted forces pour in."

"Big Sister Ayami, then at half-step Emperor level, fought alongside their warriors and her two mothers to defend the borders. Meanwhile, my realm, the Aetherium Concordance, faced its own assault, but our wards held strong, allowing us to strategize and wipe them out. When we detected another wave approaching the Demiplanes, I joined the reinforcements sent from the Concordance with Aurelia—both of us half-step Emperor rank mages then—under a late Emperor rank commander."

"The battle was relentless. For every corrupted we destroyed, they infected more. We had no choice but to unleash our full power. Many brave mages fell, but we prevailed. Just when we were dealing with the aftermath and met up with the Demiplanes forces, that's when we learned about Sadala's fall and your supposed death. While Big Sister Ayami and Haruki after mourning your loss, channeled their grief into training, I..." His voice trailed off.

"Tell him," Aurelia said softly, touching her husband's arm. "He deserves to know."

When Adirosas couldn't continue, Aurelia spoke. "The news broke him. He fell into depression, turned to drinking, pushed everyone away. Five of my sister wives left, saying he wasn't the man they married anymore."

"But those who truly loved him stayed," she continued firmly. "Marriage means supporting each other through the darkest times. Together, we sisters helped him recover, and he recently reemerged as the Young Heavenly Emperor he is once more, making those who looked down on him during his depression regret their choices. And when we heard you were alive... it completed his healing."

Without warning, Orach vanished and reappeared before Adirosas, delivering a swift punch to his gut. His brother doubled over, coughing.

"Orach!" Aurelia cried, but fell silent at his raised hand.

"Brother... why?" Adirosas wheezed.

"You know why," Orach replied, his eyes showing both understanding and reproach. "Your grief was natural, but you put Aurelia and your loyal wives through suffering. If something had truly happened to me, I would have wanted you all to be stronger, to protect the realms in my stead. To be better than I was after the Android war."

Adirosas bowed his head. "You're right. I was weak, and I hurt those closest to me. I've apologized to everyone who stood by me. This second chance - I won't waste it."

"Good," Orach nodded, pulling his brother into a tight embrace. Their silence spoke volumes - a bond forged through surviving a devastating heavenly tribulation together as children.

When they separated, both men's eyes showed determination. "Now," Orach said seriously, "tell me about the Blood Realm. What happened to Big Sister Amara?"

Adirosas drew a deep breath. "After the Realm of Death, the Blood Realm is the most heavily fortified realm. Their defenses are impenetrable - which means the breach had to come from within."

Orach's eyes narrowed. "That should be impossible. My godmother, Queen Isangria, is the prime progenitor. No pure-blood noble can defy her will..." His voice trailed off as understanding dawned.

"Yes," Adirosas confirmed grimly. "Someone's obsession grew stronger than their fear of death - strong enough to overcome the bloodline command."

"Continue," Orach commanded.

"The invasion devastated their lower realms - their second-greatest loss in history. Big Sister Amara led their forces to victory, but at a terrible cost. Countless warriors fell, worlds were ruined. She was managing the aftermath when news of your death reached her. Though it broke her heart, she handled the crisis before withdrawing."

"During her sabbatical to get over her depression and heal, she found comfort with a persistent suitor who became her husband. He seemed perfect, despite his elitist attitude, and she conceived his child. But recently..." Adirosas lowered his voice. "Reports speak of Queen Isangria's fury echoing through their main world, followed by a royal's harsh punishment and disappearance. Though unconfirmed, Big Sister's changed demeanor suggests he was the traitor."

Orach's jaw tightened. "If true, knowing my godmother, his punishment will be eternal." His expression softened. "Send word to Big Sister - when the child comes, she should call me or descend here in her flagship. That child, our niece or nephew, will have my Primordial God form's blessing."

Adirosas looked worried. "Brother, while I'll love that child regardless, it's big sister Amara's after all, are you sure about using your primordial form? This realm..."

He paused, noting Orach's confident smile, then understanding struck. "The ships! If she descends with her flagship instead of descending alone, the ship should shield the realm from your transformation, and Big Sister won't need to suppress her power. Though Earth would be off-limits, we could gather aboard her flagship or yours for the birth. But," he added cautiously, "her arrival with her flagship means announcing her visit—and by extension this realm—to Alacrity. Once they learn you're alive and a Primordial God, they'll send a fleet to escort you back. You're Empress Gula's son, the last Saiyan Empire heir—you're a pillar of Alacrity. Also, while we're curious about your new form, what if complications arise during transformation? If you can't revert, you'd have to ascend."

Diana and Rachel listened silently, their heads lowered with their hair and hood covering their eyes. They understood - if Orach couldn't revert from his Primordial form, he'd have to leave until they were strong enough to join him in the higher realm. Though worried, they stayed quiet, but Orach's next words eased their fears.

"First, I can command Alacrity's forces. If they send a fleet, I'll order them to wait until I'm ready to ascend with my family on my own terms. If they need me as a deterrent, I'll briefly return. Second, I only need moments in that form," Orach said, offering a mysterious smile. "And I have nine helpers to control my powers. There won't be any problems."

"Helpers?" Adirosas and Aurelia exchanged puzzled glances before Adirosas asked, "Brother, what do you mean?"

Orach turned to Diana and Rachel, giving them a wink. "You wanted to meet them, right? With Adirosas here, we can do this earlier than planned."

While Adirosas and Aurelia remained confused, understanding dawned in Diana and Rachel's eyes, and they nodded eagerly.

"What is he talking about?" Aurelia whispered with a frown.

"I honestly don't know," Adirosas replied quietly, equally perplexed. "Brother, please explain."

Orach gestured toward the house atop the mountain. "You'll know soon enough. I'll need you to cast the Ātmadvāra Traverse spell when we reach the summit."

"Since when did you become so mysterious?" Adirosas sighed, though intrigue colored his voice.

"Orach," Aurelia's eyes widened in realization, "that spell... you mean to bring us to your inner realm?"

Orach nodded. "Let's hurry to the top. The sooner we arrive, the sooner we can begin."

"What are we waiting for then?" Rachel exclaimed, taking flight, abandoning her earlier plan to leisurely explore Azarath's new features.

"Rachel, wait!" Orach called out, halting her mid-flight. When she turned with a questioning look, he gave her a knowing smile. "My little princess, this mountain and its stairs are more than they appear."

"What do you mean, Dad?" Rachel asked, floating back down.

"There's a special field surrounding the mountain that prevents flight unless I permit it," Orach explained. "The droids have also installed law crystals along certain stairs as a test for first-time visitors. It helps us assess their potential by seeing how far they can climb. I had planned for you and Diana to take this test, but then we had to journey to Oa. Since you've both trained with more powerful law crystals aboard the ship, I'll disable the effect for now." He tapped his terminal, deactivating the stairs' special functions and creating a gap in the field to allow direct spatial travel to the mansion's entrance.

Before he could continue, Diana and Rachel exchanged a meaningful glance and faced him with determination.

"Even so, I'd like to try the test later," Diana said.

"Me too, Dad," Rachel added firmly.

Orach raised an eyebrow but shrugged. "If you wish."

"Thank you, dear," Diana and "Thanks, Dad," Rachel responded, sharing a secret understanding. While neither feared challenges, they wanted to ensure their friends and allies from the lower realm could handle these tests as well since it's more likely they would invite them first before anyone from the higher realms.

Orach created a spatial ripple, and they stepped through, emerging before the grand gates of House Gula's new lower realm residence.

"It's massive," Rachel whispered in awe.

"You can say that again," Diana agreed, equally impressed.

Orach smiled warmly at them both. "Go ahead, touch the door. Just a gentle push is all it needs."

Diana and Rachel approached together, exchanging excited glances before reaching out. As their hands made contact, the House of Gula's symbol blazed to life across the door's surface. With their combined push, the massive doors swung open, revealing a breathtaking courtyard. A elegant pathway stretched deeper into the estate, flanked by meticulously maintained gardens.

"It's... beautiful," Diana breathed.

"This... is our home," Rachel murmured, overwhelmed by its grandeur.

"There's much more to explore later," Orach said, gesturing toward a majestic tree at the estate's center. "But for now, shall we head to the heart tree? It'll help with what comes next."

"Dad, what is that tree?" Rachel asked, stepping forward along the path. Her eyes traced the way the entire estate seemed to have been built around this magnificent centerpiece.

"That's the Heart Tree," Orach explained, moving beside her. "It serves as the focal point of all the formations surrounding this mountain. Through it, you can connect directly with Azarath's essence. In a way, it's a physical manifestation of Azarath's spirit."

Rachel tilted her head, puzzled. "But I've seen Azarath's spirit before - it always appeared as a dragon. Why would its physical form be a tree?"

Orach smiled at her perceptive question. "Think of Azarath as a vast inner realm, with this land and tree forming its heart—its inner world. Just as you manifested your soul as a raven, Azarath expresses itself in different ways. The lands in this realm with this tree represents its inner world, while the dragon you've seen is its soul taking form. My God Ki nurtures both aspects." He paused thoughtfully. "Though I am Saiyan by blood, my soul has draconic aspects deeply woven into my spiritual essence. This is why Azarath's spirit takes the form of a dragon—shaped by my God Ki that both created and nurtured it."

As they arrived at the base of the majestic tree at the center of the estate and mountain, Rachel stepped closer to the Heart Tree, her fingers hovering just above its bark. "I can feel it... the energy flowing through it. It's... it feels alive — it really is Azarath."

"The Heart Tree serves another important purpose," Orach explained, watching his daughter's fascination. "It will help stabilize the spell Adirosas is about to cast. Are you ready, brother?"

Adirosas nodded, observing the tree. Moving into position, he said, "The Ātmadvāra Traverse spell requires precise control. Brother, sit cross-legged in front of the tree, with your back against it. Everyone else, please form a circle around brother and join hands."

Diana took Orach's hand on one side and Rachel's on the other, forming a circle with Aurelia and Adirosas. The Heart Tree seemed to pulse with a gentle light as Adirosas began the incantation, his voice carrying power and purpose.

"Remember," Orach spoke softly as his God Ki pulsed and flowed to them, ethereal energy swirling around them, "what you're about to see is my inner realm. It's where they reside, but," his tone grew serious, "it's also where my memories—every moment of my life—are accessible. While I don't mind you seeing them, I advise against it. Since I'll be focused on controlling my God Ki, I won't be able to help if you get lost in them. However, if some memories draw you in, you should be safe exploring them with Adirosas and Aurelia beside you, along with the others guiding you. Still, I suggest entering with an empty mind."

Aurelia nodded in understanding. "We'll watch out for them."

As Adirosas's spell reached its peak, he spoke the words "Ātmadvāra Traverse." The world around them began to shift and blur. The last thing they saw before reality transformed was the Heart Tree's branches spreading wide, as if embracing them in its protective aura.

As they materialized within Orach's inner realm, an awe-inspiring sight greeted them. Amidst a vast expanse of starlit space loomed a colossal figure, its massive wings folded protectively around itself. Shrouded in a cloak of primal chaos, its hooded face remained hidden in shadow. Between its cupped hands floated nine celestial spheres, orbiting in perfect harmony around a central world, all sheltered beneath those mighty wings.

"Dad's soul manifestation..." Rachel whispered, her voice trembling with wonder as she gazed at the immense figure they were inexorably drawn toward.

"By the Primordial Gods," Diana breathed, rendered speechless by the majesty of her partner's inner realm.

Adirosas studied the scene with knowing eyes. "It's evolved far beyond what I remember," he murmured. "The complexity of these multiple inner worlds..."

"Adirosas," Aurelia's voice quavered slightly, betraying her shock at her first glimpse of Orach's inner realm, "how can this exist? This should be impossible. This… this already akin to a lower realm."

"Indeed," Adirosas replied solemnly. "My brother now walks a path none have tread before."

Recovering from her initial shock, Rachel's mind began to pierce through her sense of wonder. "Uncle Adirosas, that central sphere—is that Dad's original inner world?"

"Yes," he confirmed, his expression grave. "What you're witnessing is unprecedented. No being has ever possessed multiple inner worlds—it defies all known knowledge. Each of these nine auxiliary realms should be impossible, and yet..." He gestured at the rotating spheres.

"But what are they?" Aurelia asked, her eyes tracking the pulsing energies that seemed to flow between the worlds.

Before anyone could respond, the nine spheres pulsed with distinct auras, each one uniquely resonating with different members of the group. An unseen force pulled them irresistibly toward one of the glowing worlds. There was a moment of blinding light, and when their vision cleared, they found themselves enveloped in ethereal mist.

As the fog began to thin, they discovered they were standing on the surface of a vast, mirror-like lake that stretched endlessly in all directions. Above them, the sky was an extraordinary vista - a mesmerizing blend of crimson and azure that seemed to dance and shift.

Rachel knelt down, her fingers skimming the perfectly still water. "Amazing," she breathed, her gaze then drawn upward. "I've never seen anything like this crimson-blue sky."

"It's breathtaking," Diana agreed softly, her eyes reflecting the otherworldly colors above.

Adirosas, however, wore a troubled expression as he studied the familiar yet alien sky. "This sky..." he murmured, his brow furrowed in concentration. "I've seen something similar before, but where?"

Suddenly, a melodious voice rang clear across the water, interrupting their thoughts. "Welcome, future Mistress and Princess."

Through the dissipating mist, a figure emerged, walking across the water's surface with otherworldly grace. The sight of the beautiful Saiyan woman brought different reactions - while Diana and Rachel watched in curiosity, both Adirosas and Aurelia staggered backward in shock.

"Impossible..." Adirosas whispered, his face pale. "Para? How can you be here?"

"You... you died," Aurelia added, her voice trembling. "We read the reports..."

Para turned to them with a gentle yet knowing smile, though there was a hint of playful mockery in her tone. "My, how things have changed. The two troublemakers I once knew, now standing before me as respected figures." She gestured gracefully toward Aurelia. "The spirited princess of Ignia, who I remember as quite the handful, has blossomed into such an elegant lady." Her gaze shifted to Adirosas, and her smile widened. "And you, the perverted brat, who always managed to drag my young master into mischief - now you've become a Young Heavenly Emperor, living up to every bit of potential I saw in you."

"Para," Adirosas began, his voice thick with emotion, "we thought we'd lost you forever. How are you here?"

ROAR

Suddenly a thunderous roar pierced the air as the sky rippled, parting to reveal a shimmering portal. Lightning crackled and danced through the clouds as an enormous emerald-scaled dragon emerged, its serpentine form weaving gracefully through the sky.

"Calling him a budding Heavenly Emperor?" the dragon's voice boomed with a mixture of amusement and derision. "Please. Orach is far better."

The dragon's sudden appearance caused Para to pause, but hearing that comment only made her smile wider.

Another shimmering portal appeared, and through it strode Durgnar, taking a deep swig from his ornate flask. His booming laughter echoed across the water. "Right you are! Our Orach is far better."

Taliana emerged from her own portal, her boots barely disturbing the mirror-like surface as she walked. Her voice carried a mix of amusement and skepticism. "The former troublemaker of Aetherium Concordance, now is an emperor rank? How ridiculous."

Two more portals opened simultaneously. Ragnar, Taron and Abrandt stepped through, their expressions thoughtful.

"So he's one of the Seven," Ragnar observed.

Abrandt studied the scene before them and upon gazing on Adirosas commented. "Another Young Heavenly Emperor in our midst, huh? Interesting."

"He looks weak, but then again, he is a mage," chimed in Taron.

A final portal shimmered into existence, revealing Reyan, whose calculating gaze swept across the gathering. "Hey now, let's give him a chance," he said carefully, "though Aeloria's assessment may hold merit."

"You all… how dare you?" Aurelia snarled, her eyes flashing dangerously at their dismissive remarks. While Para's comments were tolerable given their shared history, these strangers had no right to question her husband's status. Her body began to transform, divine flames wreathing her form as she shifted into her draconic aspect. A mighty roar split the sky as an enormous crimson dragon materialized, its wings casting vast shadows as it regarded the others with blazing eyes.

"A flame winged dragon?" Aeloria's draconic maw curved into a predatory smile as lightning crackled around her form. "Let's see how your wings fare against my lightning, shall we?"

"You dare challenge this queen?" Aurelia snarled, flames gathering in her maw as Aeloria's lightning intensified.

Just as the two dragons were about to clash, an overwhelming pressure descended upon the area, forcing everyone to their knees. "ENOUGH!" The command rang out with absolute authority as Adirosas, finally recovering from the shock of seeing Para alive, fixed the group with piercing purple eyes that had shifted from their usual azure.

"Only Para has earned the right to mock or scold me," he declared, his voice resonating with imperial might. "The rest of you are not worthy to question this Emperor's status."

Para's eyes shone briefly and with a casual gesture of her hand, the crushing pressure vanished. Both Adirosas and Aurelia stared at her in shock. "How...?" Adirosas managed to ask.

"At last, the Emperor shows his fangs," Para smiled as the others rose to their feet. "Don't look so surprised. Within this realm, my authority is absolute."

"Para," Adirosas said softly, "how are you still alive? And the rest of you—you're Brother Orach's crew, aren't you? The reports said you all perished."

The crew exchanged knowing looks before breaking into genuine laughter, leaving Adirosas and Aurelia bewildered. Diana and Rachel watched the exchange intently, studying each member of Orach's crew, the very people they had come to meet.

Para's laughter subsided into a warm smile as she clapped her hands once. A beautiful floating gazebo materialized beside them, its architecture both ethereal and elegant. "Come," she gestured invitingly, "sit with us. There is much to explain." Her gaze shifted meaningfully to Diana and Rachel. "Especially to you, future mistress and princess."

"Aeloria, transform back," Para commanded. As she glided toward the gazebo, the rest of the crew fell in behind her, their previous antagonism forgotten in favor of what promised to be an illuminating conversation.

Once everyone was seated, Para gracefully waved her hand, manifesting an elegant tea service for all present. She turned to face Diana and Rachel with a warm smile. "First, allow me to properly introduce myself. I am Para of the House of Gula, Young Master Orach's personal attendant —and as you can see, I am a Saiyan. It brings me great joy to finally meet you both."

Diana inclined her head respectfully. "The pleasure is mine, Para. I am Diana, Orach's chosen. I've heard about you all from Orach. Please, just call me Diana." She gestured to Rachel beside her. "And this is our daughter, Rachel."

"Greetings, Para," Rachel said with a formal bow. "Though I may not be Saiyan by blood, I am proud to be my father's daughter and carry on his legacy. Please, just call me Rachel."

Para's eyes softened at Rachel's words. "We have all been eagerly awaiting this meeting. There is much to discuss, but first, let me introduce you to—"

A shimmering portal suddenly materialized, and through it burst Ysraza, the crew's engineer, her ever-present AI companion orbiting around her like a mechanical familiar. "Para! Sorry I'm late! Where are our guests of honor?"

Para sighed at the interruption but maintained her composure. "Diana, Rachel, this is Ysraza, our brilliant but occasionally overenthusiastic engineer."

"Excellent, you've arrived!" Ysraza exclaimed, practically bouncing onto the table in her excitement, sending teacups rattling as she addressed Diana and Rachel. "I have so many designs to show you both! I've been working on—"

But before she could continue, suddenly, Ysraza found herself frozen in mid-gesture, lifted by an invisible force. Para's voice carried a gentle but unmistakable warning. "Ysraza, dear, while I understand your enthusiasm, we must be mindful. Young Master is already expending considerable will power managing his God Ki so, we don't have much time. We cannot add to that burden. Understood?"

Meeting Para's deceptively pleasant smile that held a silent familiar pressure, Ysraza could only nod meekly as she was carefully deposited back in her seat next to Aeloria and Taliana. The entire crew settled into well-behaved silence under Para's watchful gaze. Diana and Rachel exchanged knowing glances—it was clear that Para commanded a unique authority over everyone present.

"Now then," Para continued smoothly, gesturing toward the elegant woman seated nearby. "Let me introduce everyone properly. First is Aeloria. Like myself, she is from Alacrity Higher Realm—our tactical analyst and responsible for our ship's defense. She originally hails from an Ancient Dragon clan." As she spoke, Aurelia studied Aeloria with newfound interest, while Aeloria offered a graceful nod to Diana and Rachel.

"Next," Para continued, "we have Ysraza, our brilliant chief engineer who worked closely with Young Master Orach on countless innovations. And here is Lady Taliana, a high-elf from Alacrity who serves as our medical officer and expert swordswoman."

"Our main combat team consists of Ragnar, Reyan, and Abrandt. Together with Young Master, they defended our ship and carried out our mission, using both conventional weapons and specialized fighters that Ysraza and Young Master Orach designed. Reyan comes from Alacrity, while Ragnar and Abrandt—and this might interest you both—ascended from the lower realms."

Para paused briefly, clearly intending to skip someone, but a voice interrupted, "Hey Para! You can't just skip the captain!"

Para fixed Durgnar with an icy stare that made him shrink back. "After that 'training' you put Young Master through? Be grateful I'm responding to you at all. The only reason you're here meeting them, is because those women were all manifestations of the Future Mistress."

Durgnar, unwisely, attempted to defend himself. "Come on, Orach needed that experience! I bet Diana every night appreciates—" His words cut off abruptly as Taliana's sword pressed against his throat. Aeloria and Aurelia's eyes blazed with draconic fury, while the sky above Para's domain darkened ominously. Diana's cold gaze joined theirs, her anger evident — while she might have benefited from Orach's... education, experiencing deeply passionate moments that left her thoroughly fulfilled, discussing such matters in front of her daughter was unacceptable.

"Sit down," Para commanded, her voice carrying deadly calm, "before you lose what little respect remains." Durgnar complied immediately, taking refuge in his flask. After a calming breath, Para continued, "Despite his... shortcomings... particularly regarding women, Durgnar proved himself a capable captain during the war. His instincts often saved us when conventional strategy failed."

"Para..." Durgnar began, touched by the unexpected praise.

"Don't ruin it," Para cut him off. "And put that flask down. Drink the tea I prepared."

The crew couldn't help but smile as Durgnar reluctantly sipped the tea, his face contorting in obvious displeasure - a sight that drew a quiet laugh from Rachel.

"Finally," Para gestured to the last crew member, "this is Taron, our navigation officer from the Demiplanes. He joined us out of friendship with Young Master and a shared love of exploration."

Taron inclined his head respectfully. "It's truly an honor to meet you both. We owe you our deepest gratitude for being there for Orach when we couldn't."

Aeloria's eyes softened as she added, "Indeed. Orach and I go back many years, and seeing him now... You've helped bring back the light we thought he'd lost forever."

"If I may," Ragnar spoke up, "as someone who came from a lower realm, I and Abrandt have unique perspective. When I ascended to Alacrity, I discovered how indifferent most higher realms can be to lower realm beings, some even cruel… extremely cruel. Of the thirteen known higher realms, only Alacrity and its allies show genuine concern for the lower realms. Your influence helped preserve Young Master's compassion - a rare and precious quality among those of his station."

"We all witnessed his transformation during the war," Abrandt added solemnly. "We saw our bright young prince, barely more than a teenager despite his power, shoulder burdens that should have been ours. We were older, yet we failed him."

Durgnar's earlier bravado had vanished, replaced by evident remorse. "The war changed us all. At first, sending him into battle tore me apart. Then it became... normal. I'll never forgive myself for that."

Taron nodded gravely. "After the coma, when he lost his spark for exploration... we feared we'd lose him forever. Thanks to you both, that passion is returning. As his friend and fellow explorer, I can't express how grateful I am."

The entire crew rose as one, bowing deeply. "You have our eternal gratitude."

"Please, sit," Diana said, rising alongside Rachel. "While we may have helped Orach heal, he saved us too. Before him, I was trapped in centuries of grief over a love lost to war. Though life continued, my heart remained frozen until his ship crashed into our world. Through him, I found love again, and now stand before you as his future wife and empress."

Rachel stepped forward, removing her hood and said, "And I... I was lost in darkness after my biological father murdered my mother and destroyed everything I knew. Fear and self-hatred consumed me. Then," she smiled at the memory, "Orach appeared in Azarath. He found me and simply covered me with a blanket and sat down to read until I woke up." She laughed softly. "Imagine my shock—after being alone so long—to wake up to a stranger calmly reading beside me! I thought he might be another demon sent by that bastard, but instead... he became the light that guided me from darkness. So please, stand up. You're my elders, and I'd much rather hear stories about my father that I can tease him with later."

The crew exchanged glances, then broke into warm laughter, Ysraza's cheerful voice rising above the rest as they each recalled their own moments of being saved by Orach in various ways. As they settled back into their seats, a new voice cut through the moment.

"Para," Adirosas spoke up, drawing everyone's attention. "Now that introductions are complete, there's something I must know. How is this possible? How are you all alive and residing within brother Orach's inner realm?"

The laughter faded as the crew's eyes began to glow with an otherworldly light, all focusing intently on Adirosas and Aurelia. The husband and wife felt an overwhelming pressure, a terror unlike anything they had experienced before - as if their very souls were being stared down by an unfathomable void. Diana and Rachel exchanged knowing glances, calmly observing the scene unfold.

In the next moment, one by one, the crew's eyes returned to normal. Adirosas and Aurelia found themselves gasping for breath, their expressions turned serious as they realized the true nature of those before them.

"To answer your question," Para spoke softly, snapping her fingers to ease their discomfort, "you are correct. We all perished at the war's end."

Adirosas steadied himself, his mind already processing the implications. "Thank you," he said, his eyes narrowing. "There are ancient texts that speak of souls defying the natural order, but... please, elaborate."

Para's expression grew solemn. "When we faced the True God Emperor rank Android, we gave everything we had. But it wasn't enough - one by one, we fell. In that moment of despair, Young Master achieved something unprecedented. His grief and rage resonated with the entire higher realm and primal chaos itself manifested as nine primordial dragons. In our final moments, we witnessed his transcendent power and made a choice - instead of passing on to reincarnation, we merged with these dragon manifestations. Our purpose now is to help him control this devastating power until he can fully master it himself."

Adirosas's expression grew troubled. "Para... this defies everything we know about souls. The reports mentioned his resonance with the higher realm, how his emotions reverberated throughout existence itself. But this… primal chaos manifestations, merging with these manifestations… None of this was in any official record. And then there's the matter of avoiding the cycle of reincarnation? Para… do you all understand the consequences? This…"

Aurelia remained silent while Adirosas spoke, her gaze on the people before her as pieces fell into place. This explained Orach's earlier words about his "nine helpers" — souls who had sacrificed their afterlife to stand by his side.

"It doesn't matter," Para said softly, her eyes distant with memory. "Our souls could never have found peace in reincarnation, not knowing whether or how the Young Master survived."

The crew's solemn nods spoke volumes. Adirosas closed his eyes, understanding the magnitude of their sacrifice - these brave warriors who had given everything to stop the Android menace and end the great war that had shaken the higher realms. Rising alongside his wife, he bowed deeply.

"As a veteran of that war myself, defending the Aetherium Concordance," Adirosas spoke with reverence, "you are heroes in every sense. You have my eternal gratitude."

Para's expression turned serious. "Adirosas, we appreciate that but, time grows short. While we cannot always see through Young Master's eyes, he shared with us why he wanted this meeting." She paused, choosing her next words carefully. "The news of the Blood Princess's pregnancy... took me by surprise. Remembering that brat… it brings back memories. Some less pleasant than others."

A wry smile crossed her face. "Remember when she drugged you, the Young Master, Chenyu, and Anselm? That ancient marriage ritual she attempted..." Para shook her head. "I still wonder how you all forgave her and still accepted her as an elder sister."

Adirosas's mouth twitched at the memory while Aurelia attempted to hide her amusement. Seeing her husband's discomfort, she gently rubbed his back. Diana's eyes narrowed dangerously at this revelation, while Rachel, pulling up her hood to conceal herself behind it, couldn't suppress a smirk. 'Finally,' she thought, 'I'll hear this story. Z9 never gave me the whole story. Mom's definitely going to interrogate Dad about this one.'

"That was long ago," Adirosas said sighing. "She's changed since then, especially after her time in the defense fleet. She's proven herself as our elder sister many times over. Above all, we seven share a special bond."

Para nodded, accepting his words. "Very well. We'll follow Young Master's guidance. But there are more pressing matters." She turned to Diana and Rachel. "The Young Master shared details of his Void Realm journey with you both. Have you had time to process everything?"

"Yes," Diana replied firmly. "I'm ready for whatever comes."

"Same here," Rachel replied in a serious tone.

Para nodded and then turned to Adirosas. "Has he discussed his journey with you?"

"Not yet, though I'm eager to hear it," he replied.

"You need to," Para said gravely. "During his travels, the Young Master encountered something impossible within the Void Realm."

"What did he find?" Adirosas leaned forward, curiosity evident in his voice.

"A planet," Para stated simply.

"WHAT?" Adirosas shot to his feet, shock evident on his face. "Para, that's... that's unprecedented!"

"Yes. The Void Realm should harbor nothing but Void beasts, yet there it was," Para confirmed. "But that's not the most crucial part. The planet held just one thing - a mysterious tree. This tree not only saved the Young Master's life and healed him, but it also granted him visions of what's to come."

Adirosas settled back into his seat, listening intently. "Visions of the future? Please, tell me more."

"While many visions were personal,"Para's voice grew heavy. She paused, choosing her words carefully. "One stands out above all others." She leaned forward slightly. "He witnessed a coming great war."

Adirosas tensed at these words as Para continued, "Through a rift in the void of a higher realm, thirteen figures will emerge. Standing against them will be seven beings of immense power in towering forms. The Young Master will be among them, and the others..." she paused meaningfully, "will be you and the other Six Young Heavenly Emperors."

Adirosas remained silent for a long moment, his expression grave as he processed this revelation. Finally, he spoke, his voice measured. "Thirteen unknown entities of great power... and the seven of us destined to stand against them. I need to discuss this with brother Orach immediately."

"Yes," Para affirmed, her tone grave. "The Young Master believes in these visions of an imminent threat. The thirteen figures... whatever they are, he intends to be ready for what's coming. Even in his visions, he could sense their ominous nature."

Aurelia asked solemnly. "What exactly makes them different from other threats we've faced?"

Para replied carefully. "The Young Master's encounter with their acolyte revealed that these entities share the same fear of the Void Realm as we do. However, their power signature is unlike anything we've seen in the known realms—it's refined, calculated, and manipulative."

Rachel's brow furrowed as she considered this and spoke up. "Known realms… just how many are there?"

"That's a good question," Para replied. "Throughout history, higher realm civilizations gradually discovered one another. While our explorations revealed many lifeless realms, leading most to believe and recognize only the thirteen higher realms that contained life, everything changed when our scouts found the fourteenth—the Android realm. Though it initially appeared dead like the others, it proved to be... anything but."

Rachel grew contemplative. "I understand. There are also the Abyssal arts that concerns me," she said firmly. "That's what the acolyte wielded. I've replayed that battle Dad showed us countless times in my mind, trying to understand the principles of that power, but it... seems to defy logic."

Aurelia's head snapped up, her eyes widening. "Wait, niece - did you say Abyssal arts?" The gravity in her voice made everyone turn.

Adirosas's expression darkened, his mind clearly connecting dangerous dots. Rachel nodded slowly, "Yes, aunt. Why? Does this mean something to you?"

Aurelia exchanged a meaningful look with her husband before addressing the group. "That is the exact name of the techniques employed by the three champions of the Avian race - the ones who recently ascended."

"What?" Rachel straightened, her eyes flashed. "Are you certain about this?"

"Without doubt," Aurelia confirmed, gesturing toward Adirosas. "After his challenge with brother Chenyu, my husband had his sources investigate these champions thoroughly."

"Then why not take immediate action?" Rachel pressed, "You and Uncle could ascend, apprehend them, or at least alert the other Young Heavenly Emperors."

Adirosas raised his hand, signaling them to pause. "It's more complicated than that. While our status as the Seven Young Heavenly Emperors carries significant weight, we can't act on suspicion alone. The Avian race exists in their own higher realm and have regained much of its former glory through these champions recently. They would resist any action against them without concrete evidence."

Abrandt, who had been quietly observing, spoke up. "Lord Adirosas, if these ascended champions are indeed acolytes of our future adversaries, shouldn't we investigate their connections to the lower realms?"

"Agreed," Reyan added grimly. "Who knows what damage these acolytes might have already caused in their lower realms."

Aeloria's voice carried a note of concern. "There's another troubling possibility - are these the only acolytes? Are the thirteen entities specifically targeting beings from lower realms? If these champions are confirmed as acolytes, that would make four we know of that come from the lower realms."

Adirosas turned to Para, his expression serious. "When does brother Orach believe this confrontation will occur?"

"The timeline isn't fully clear," Para replied thoughtfully, glancing at Diana and Rachel before continuing. "The visions showed certain events involving the Young Master and the House of Gula that must occur before the war. Since these events haven't happened yet, we have some time—but we mustn't delay our preparations."

"What events?" Adirosas asked, raising an eyebrow with interest.

"That would be a House of Gula matter," Para stated firmly, her expression unreadable.

"Come now, Para. I'm a friend of the family, his sworn brother," Adirosas pressed, leaning forward slightly.

Para met his gaze steadily, maintaining her silence with practiced ease.

"You know he'll tell me eventually," Adirosas tried one last time, a hint of playfulness in his voice.

Para remained unmoved. The others exchanged knowing smiles, well aware of her legendary loyalty to Orach. To them, Para was more than just a personal maid to Orach, she was Orach's mentor, who had raised him like her own son. Friend or sworn brother, she would rather face death than reveal anything without Orach's explicit permission.

"Fine," Adirosas finally conceded with a mock grumble. "But don't think it's because of that intimidating stare of yours."

Para's expression softened slightly as she turned to Taliana, who gave her a subtle nod. Understanding the signal, she addressed Diana and Rachel, "I wish we had more time to become better acquainted, but I can sense the Young Master's condition is becoming... concerning. Before we end our time together, since the Young Master has offered to share his memories, we could guide you through one of them during this visit. Would you like to experience that?"

Though disappointed by the shortened visit, Diana and Rachel's worry for Orach took precedence. They shared a quick glance, reaching an unspoken agreement. Rachel shook her head gently and replied, "I appreciate the offer, but I'd rather hear everything from Dad himself - all his stories, adventures, and battles, both the triumphs and the struggles. Having him share his memories directly just feels more right, even if he's okay with us viewing them this way."

Para watched their interaction thoughtfully, exchanging subtle glances with the rest of the crew. Their smiles reflected their joy seeing the deep bond they witnessed between their comrade and his daughter. She turned to Diana and Rachel and said, "We should get you both back to him soon. I can sense his mental energy fluctuating—he needs rest."

"Of course," Diana stood, concern evident in her expression. "We wouldn't want to push him too far."

Adirosas gestured to Para, who acknowledged with a nod. "The strain on my magic is growing as well. We should depart soon," he said, then added thoughtfully, "I'll send a message with brother Orach's suggestion to Big Sister Amara, and once he's recovered, we'll delve deeper into our findings about the Avian champions and the visions. The sooner we understand this puzzle, the better prepared we'll be."

The crew rose one by one to bid farewell. As Taliana embraced Diana, she discreetly channeled her Dragon domain's Ki into Diana's soul. "Go into seclusion once you return," she whispered, "and assimilate this Ki." Diana nodded in understanding. Taliana then did the same for Rachel, who, though surprised, quickly grasped the significance of the gesture and acknowledged it with a subtle nod.

Diana addressed the group with genuine warmth, "Thank you all. It was a pleasure meeting you. I look forward to spending more time with each of you in the future."

As they made final preparations to leave, Para faced Adirosas with a grave expression. "Remember," she cautioned, "we must be discreet while investigating these acolytes. We cannot let them suspect we're watching."

Adirosas's expression was resolute as he replied, "You have my word. We'll proceed with caution, but we won't stand by if they appear in our higher realms."
