If Bell Securities is an elephant, then the Organization of Water is a hunter, and behind this hunter of the Organization of Water, follows a leopard like Oscán Bell, and behind this leopard of Oscán Bell, there trails a pack of hyenas.
Hyenas are scavengers, and now that the elephant of Bell Securities hasn't completely fallen, the hyenas can't immediately pounce and tear it apart, and the leopard also lacks the ability to kill the elephant. But, the hunter of the Organization of Water has already fired a shot at the elephant's head, and that means anything is possible.
Before starting to feast on their prey, the hyenas need to drive away other predators, like lions.
If this world is a vast savannah, then Wall Street is just one part of it with a complete food chain. But the Organization of Water, this unruly external force, has disrupted the food chain, shooting the elephant dead, yet also triggering a chain reaction throughout the entire ecosystem.
