"Zhouzhou, do you miss Daddy?" Shen Yi asked with a smile on his face, his voice gentle.
Tears still streaked Zhouzhou's face, but upon hearing his father's voice on the phone, he nodded vigorously.
"Daddy misses Zhouzhou too," said Shen Yi.
Suddenly, Zhouzhou reached out toward the phone and said in a pitiable tone, "Hug!"
For a moment, both Shen Yi and Ye Wanwan were taken aback, stunned for several seconds before Shen Yi, with a smile tilting his lips, said in a deep voice, "Okay, Daddy will hug."
Zhouzhou stretched out his arms again, wanting to be hugged, but Shen Yi couldn't embrace him through the phone.
Zhouzhou looked up at his mom, tears still glistening in his eyes, as if asking why Daddy, who said he would hug him, wasn't doing so yet.
Ye Wanwan was about to say something when a knock at the door was heard; Zhouzhou wrapped his arms around Ye Wanwan's neck all of a sudden, clinging onto her.
"Wanwan, can you step out for a moment?" Su Tong asked from outside.
