The premise is that Tan Xin isn't wearing pads, but whether she is or not needs some guesswork.
Judging by her character, though, she doesn't seem like the type who would wear pads.
Tan Xin cleared her throat with a deliberate "ahem," interrupting Shen Yuan's inappropriate gaze, and then said, "Boss, where do we start?"
This was the first time the two were working out together, and Tan Xin still couldn't figure out Shen Yuan's preferences.
"Warm up first, then run for half an hour, and finish with another half-hour of equipment."
"Got it."
Tan Xin nodded slightly. A little over an hour of exercise seemed reasonable.
She started Shen Yuan off with some basic fitness moves using light dumbbells, then hopped onto the treadmill. The gym space in this villa was significantly larger than the one at Green Bamboo Lake, so it had three treadmills. Out of habit, Tan Xin got on the one on the left, leaving the middle one for Shen Yuan.
