She didn't turn around, placed her luggage in the room, and went outside, ignoring the seemingly ordinary waiter.
After they reached a deserted place, she sighed and looked at him.
Madara cancelled the transformation jutsu.
"You knew that I was alive?"
She nodded and asked, "What do you want?"

She messed things up big time. Now that Madara will most likely become suspicious of Black Zetsu, he wouldn't become Kaguya.
And Madara with Kaguya's power... Team 7 would stand no chance. Afterall, Kaguya could kill Team 7 multiple times, but waa thirsty for more chakra.
As long as Madara got used to his new power, and kill either Naruto or Sasuke so that he doesn't get sealed...
She needs to kill Madara.
"Alright. Fine. I first want to go to that continent across the ocean to find out about the chakra disease. Akame might develop it. Take me there with your Susanoo.
Then don't ever come in front of me again."

Madara frowned. And he remembered something.
"Didn't you reject that Senju trash for Akame? But if Akame has kids-"
Akane snapped at the mention of her future grandchildren and punched Madara. Madara dodged in time, but the tree behind him got blown to pieces, along with a huge part of the forest behind.
Madara scoffed.
"So you were lying about not caring huh? Because your grandchildren will still be alive.
You were planning to kill me by surprise, right?"
Madara's lone functional eye turned into Sharingan, and then Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.
Akane grumbled at her temper. She doesn't even have her Tsukuyomi eye.
As they both stared at each other, ready for battle, Akame's hand suddenly appeared from a space whirl and pulled him inside, and Akame herself exited the Kamui dimension.
Akame gave her mother a smug grin.
"I will kill him with starvation."

Madara appeared inside a dimension. He had caught a quick glimpse of his niece, but he was caught in Tsukuyomi. In the 0.01 second he took to break out of it, he was already pulled inside.
He was now trapped here. With a day's worth food and water on him.
"Akane must have told her about my back being my weakness!"
He fumed, less on Akane and his niece, but more on himself from getting caught off-guard like this. Repeatedly.
He couldn't pee with Hashirama behind him.
Hashirama killed him from behind after exhausting him and making his ability to be able to distinguish between real and clones.
And now, his niece has trapped him in some sort of dimension.
Mito is still in Konoha, so he hasn't been able to get Tobirama's jutsus. If he knew how Flying Thunder God worked, he could have gotten out.
He thought about a way of getting out, and the answer was his summon reverse-summoning him.
But his summon is Nine-tails. There is no way it is summoning him.
