Saif springs up from a laid down position, panting with sweat all over his face, and his eyes vibrating back and forth from pure shock and disbelief. He puts his hand on his chest as a way to check on it, but feels nothing. He looks down and finds that there is no more blood. He looks around in a panic, and his eyes widen even more to see himself back into the ruins again. It wasn't a dream. It was all real. His confusion was at an all time high, and he felt uncomfortable, and scared, and he wanted to leave. He didn't have the slightest close how any of this was possible, but he didn't care and just wants to leave and get away. He tries to get up quickly, but is quickly stopped by his shoulder wound that forced him to get up slowly. As he gets up, he finds the person stretching again as she wakes up. He knows this isn't good. Everything is happening as it did again, and if this continues, he will just be at that dark place again where he felt... Saif stopped himself from remembering that place and quickly shook off the flashes of that dark place that appeared in his head, as he needs to run, and he needs to do it Now.
When he finally got up, he walked directly to his axe and grabbed it and was about to leave when suddenly something tapped him in the shoulder from behind him. It wasn't his hurt shoulder, but the action spoked him a bit. As he looks back, he finds that the tapping came from the person, and that suprised him even more as he was a good distance away from where she was sleeping, so her appearing right behind him so quickly was unexpected. She still had her aloof and emotionless look on her face. But this time, she says, "How much do you remember and what are you?" In her soft but aloof voice. This took Saif by surprise as she never did just ask that question in that order. She always asked 'What are you and how much do you remember?' So her just saying the two parts oppositely was totally new. Unlike everything he already has encountered, everything always stayed the exact same. Wasn't she supposed to say it the same too? How come something changed? Then a thought crashed into his head. This time, he quickly got up to leave and didn't let her ask him the question while he was still on the ground. Then does that mean his actions can influence what will happen to such a degree? So he can stop the robed people from doing this to him? No, he wouldn't even try that. He was too terrified to think about them, let alone fight. Fight… Not now! He is just glad his fate wasn't set in stone, as now that he thinks about it, if everything had to stay the same, then him being delivered to the wide building should be what always happens. He just never did have time to think about it that much at all, but he is thankful it wasn't what he subconsciously thought.
To him, now knowing there was something he could do was enough of motivation for him. The person kept staring back at him while to her he was standing there just quiet, and as she knew she wasn't getting an answer, she asked again, "How much do you remember and what are you?" In a soft, but sturn aloof voice. This snapped Saif out of his daze and remembered that she was standing right in front of him. Wait... Wait! She is heading to the wide building! That's her destination! And if she goes there, the robed people will... No! He doesn't want to even imagine that. He knows he has to do something. He has to take her away. Force her to not go there. To the wide building. She is too nice and kind to suffer what he suffered. Without answering her, Saif grabs her arm with his still working hand that ached a little when holding her, and he barely hold his axe with his other hand. Afterwards, he started to tug on her to force her to follow him. This took her by surprise and she stumbled for a few steps because of it, but then she just stopped. Saif got recoiled back and couldn't move her at all, not even her arm. He couldn't understand how he wasn't able to pull her anymore, but he didn't care to understand for now as he needed to take her away. To safety. Anywhere away from that wide building! But no matter how hard he pulled, she didn't move at all. She just kept quiet and unmovable, with her emotionless look. But her face had just a teeny tiny expression that resembled the phrase 'What is he trying to achieve?'
They needed to go. Away from that place. Far far away! Why couldn't she understand that?! Doesn't she also know what will happen?! His anger grows due to her not moving, and due to him remembering that dark place again. The fear he felt. How painful it was. All of it made his body shiver uncontrollably as he was pulling her with all his might. This had his hand and arm veiny and his muscles could be seen under his skin protruding outwards. His body also changed stance naturally to be able to have more power behind his pull without slipping off. He did it all naturally and by pure instincts, no, muscle memory. He needed to make her leave with him, whether she liked it or not! He slightly moved her hand from her current position after using all the power he can muster in his partially working arm that ached a little, but for her sake, he fought through the pain. To the change of her hand position, her face ever so slightly changed expression to a surprised look, with a hint of being impressed. Suddenly, she then shook his arm off in a swift swipe. Saif was shocked she could have shaken him off so easily even though he was trying so hard to pull her. How was she this strong? Strong... NO, NO TIME FOR THAT!
He needed to make her go with him! But how? She was just standing there, waiting for his next move. He thought and pondered about his next move. Think, think, think! How am I supposed to make her follow me?? Tell her. Tell her? How? Talk. How? He took a deep breath in and then out. Till now, everything he has done was done purely by feeling it and it felt right to do at the time. So talking. Saif left his body to do what's necessary for him to talk, and he just did what he felt to be right. He exhaled out air, and moved his mouth, trying to speak any word he can muster. After all of this time effort, he slowly opened his mouth with his face already contracting out of the unfamiliar action of speaking. He calmed his mind and tried to clear it as much as he could. Then ,with all his will power, he let out whatever sound he could make, but sadly, all he could say was jubrash and just a lot of sounds let out as just noise that didn't mean anything at all. Even a baby could make better sounds than whatever he just let out. He knew what he 'Said', if you can even call it that, didn't have meaning, so it was just noise, but why? Her slight look of being on her guard quickly faded to one of confusion, but her emotionless expression still dominated her face. After this peculiar display, which left her mouth slightly open due to the pure confusion she was in. She then shook her head and just left him to just make food and brought out the pot and was about to make fire.
Saif was just standing there, confused and shocked, but also something else. Embarrassed? Embarrassed... oh what am I even contemplating about right now. He says to himself exhaustedly from himself. He is never gonna leave things to his body again without using his mind and heart and logic.
