Blade and Mercedes moved in perfect sync, cutting through the vampire forces like a storm.
Blade's Divine Power activated, his power preventing the Vampires from turning into smoke and Blood mist , allowing Mercedes attacks to land on them and killing them.
Meanwhile, Mercedes unleashed a grand sword technique, silver energy bursting from her blade like a tidal wave. The vampires caught in its wake were sent flying, their bodies disintegrating under the force of her Aura.
The first floor was already half cleared within moments.
The amount of experience from the vampires was more than expected. It was nearly three times as much as the desert monsters.
Blade clenched his fists, feeling the surge of power from his rapid level-ups.

His status had soared after just clearing the first floor. He glanced at Mercedes, who had also gained a decent boost, though her high level made progress slower.
"If this is just the first floor… How much stronger will I get by the time we clear this entire dungeon?"
A grin formed on his face. The thought of gaining even more power excited him.
"Let's not waste time," Blade said, stepping toward the staircase leading to the next floor.
Mercedes nodded, gripping her sword tightly. "Yes, let's move forward. There are still plenty of enemies waiting for us."
One by one, they continued to clear the entire floor and then Eight more Buildings. By the end of it, they had acquired a decent amount of loot as well as many levels.
Though Mercedes only leveled up twice due to her already high level, Blade saw significant growth, reaching level 227.
Additionally, he unlocked two new skills under his Twin-Class system:
Flame Carving Sword Art in his Soul Sculptor class
The Flame Carving Sword Art was similar to his Water and Earth Carving Sword Arts, and it also had several sub-skills beneath it.
However, Blade wasn't entirely happy with it. While the skills looked impressive in action, their fame didn't compare to other, more well-known sword techniques. At the end of the day, the Sculptor class was still primarily a crafting class, albeit with some combat perks.
Thankfully, his second class was a hybrid of combat and healing, allowing him to gain greater skills.
One of these was Holy Heal, a perfect healing skill that:
Restores 100% of his health.
Heals his allies for 50%–100% of their health depending on certain conditions.
The other new skill was in Sword Arts, called Sun Splicer.
Sun Splicer was a full-moon slash that delivered a roaring, circular cut, dealing area damage in a 360-degree radius.
It left behind a golden ring-like slash, cutting down multiple enemies at once.
Additionally, the ring inflicted a fixed 5,000 burn damage upon impact.
For every enemy defeated by this attack, the ring's duration increased by 1 second, allowing it to persist longer and deal even more devastation.
"Now, only the last building remains," Blade said as they looked at the final structure.
Unlike the others, this one held only a single coffin. It was far more grand and ornate, its surface adorned with intricate carvings. As they approached, the lid cracked open, a pale white jade-like hand emerging first, crimson-painted nails.
A woman gracefully stepped out of the coffin, her scarlet eyes locking onto Blade and Mercedes.
"Humans?" she mused, her voice dripping with amusement. "Prey walked in, lined up for slaughter."
Blade instantly tensed, his grip tightening around his weapon.
A notification flashed before his eyes.
[Mirai]
Race: True Blood Vampire
Her presence was overwhelming, radiating an aura of predator.
But neither Mercedes nor Blade felt any fear.
Despite her skills activating, which would have normally inflicted debuffs on regular players, Blade's Legendary class granted him natural resistance, while Mercedes was simply too powerful.
In truth, this so-called boss was nowhere near Mercedes' level. If she wanted, she could end the fight instantly.
Just as Mercedes was about to engage, Blade stopped her.
"I want to fight her on my own," he said, stepping forward.
Mercedes simply nodded but added sternly, "If your life is in danger, I will intervene."
Blade smirked and nodded in return. "Fair enough." He turned his gaze toward Mirai, the True Blood Vampire.
"So, you want to die first?" Mirai sneered as she rushed toward Blade, her hands extending into long, blood-like spikes. With inhuman speed, she slashed at him.
Blade reacted instantly, raising his sword to parry her attack. Sparks flew as their weapons clashed, the force of the impact sending shockwaves through the room.
Mirai's red eyes gleamed with amusement. "Not bad… but let's see how long you last."
Blade tightened his grip on his sword. "Try me."
"Gladly," Mirai sneered as she lunged at him, her long blood-like knives slashing toward his neck.
Blade moved swiftly, activating his Flame Carving Sword Art's first skill: Phantom Knight. A shadowy knight, wreathed in crimson flames, emerged behind him, mirroring his movements. The skill delivered a devastating 500% damage strike, sending shockwaves through the air and burning everything in its path.
Mirai barely managed to dodge, but the sheer force of the attack left a deep gash on her arm. She hissed, her red eyes glowing with fury.
"A magic swordsman? How troublesome." She laughed darkly before launching another attack. Her movements were faster now, but the lingering flames of Blade's skill burned at her flesh, slowing her regeneration.
"You're strong," she admitted, licking the blood from her wound, "but you're still just prey."
Blade didn't say anything as he continued his relentless assault, exchanging one attack after another with Mirai. His strikes were precise, his swordplay honed through countless battles. Mirai, despite her power, began to falter under the ceaseless pressure.
After a fierce exchange, she finally perished, unable to withstand his onslaught.
Mercedes, observing from the side, nodded in admiration. "Your sword is remarkable. It seems like you are someone who will soon reach the Sword Saint stage."
Her keen insight allowed her to recognize the refined mastery in Blade's technique, a level of skill that only the most exceptional swordsmen could achieve.
