This was precisely the new function of the 'Space' Gift. He could teleport to that point as long as he placed an anchor point on any creature or object.
The farther the distance, the more resources were consumed to teleport to it. After each use, this function would enter a 'Cooldown' state.
Of course, Lylia had no idea about this, and he had no intention of telling her either. He planned to give her a surprise when the time came.
