The two heads dropped to the ground as the bodies slid forward and blood covered the floor.

Suddenly Ban felt his body grow hot and his chraka growing, as everything about him seemingly reached a new level, taijutsu, ninjutsu everything reached a new level, and as the feeling started slowing chakra rushed to his eyes as his three tomoe Sharingan appeared spinning slowing until a new pattern appeared.
As Ban calmed down he realized, he also had the memories of fugaku, but they weren't fused with his own but were put to the side like a book he could look through at any time.

Ban suddenly stops and looks up.
"You arrived quicker than I thought, I guess killing your clan members wasn't much for you."

He appeared standing across from Ban, his eyes moving between the mangeko, bloodied sword, and the house.
"No need to think, I killed them. They failed the clan raising a son like you, I only regret not torturing them."
Hearing him Itachi eyes turned colder, and killing intent filled the air, but he still didn't attack.
"Relax, I'm leaving you precious village, but remember I'll come for you, I know you won't fight me right now, after all, we both have too much to lose, you need to stay alive to make sure the village doesn't go after your bother." says Ban as the smile on his face grew.
"How much do you know? you were hiding your strength all this time?" Itachi asked clearly surprised.
"I know a lot, but it doesn't matter you've made your choice and I've made mine, just stay alive until I'm ready to kill you." Ban says.
"Can't you understand the choice I...."
"Don't you dare try to make me understand you, the fact that you ask that already shows you aren't entirely sure the choice you made was the right one."
"You killed our clan to save your brother, and sooner or later I will kill you to let their soul rest in peace, we have both made choices the difference is I don't need you to understand me." Ban says.

Itachi watched as Ban disappeared, he stood there conflicted before entering the house and coming to the dead bodies of his parents.
"Mother, father. I hope you understand the choice I made, I will protect my brother."
As he stood watching his parent's dead bodies he soon heard footsteps approaching knowing who it was he pushed down his grief and was ready to carry out his next plan.
The night went on as planned, and by the end, the Uchiha clan was left with three living members.
