Lillian stared down at her phone, checking the time. They had been here for quite a while, it seems.
The two of them were currently sitting on a bench — a bench inside the mall that circled around a tree behind them. She felt like this sort of design was quite troublesome to clean up due to the leaves.
However, she gave a mental shrug at it. After all, it looked nice.
She looked to the side, finding Marionette staring at her as she ate her crêpe. While on her date, she had noticed that Marionette had kept quite a keen eye on her — never losing focus on her figure.
"How's your crêpe, beautiful?" She grinned.
The woman nodded and said:
"It's good." Before immediately asking, "How's yours?"
Lillian took a bite out of hers, thinking about her answer before plainly responding with:
"Mine's good as well." She licked around her lips, getting the cream that stuck to it.
Marionette watched as she did this — her gaze drifting to a spot on her cheek that she missed.
