(Arata)
He slept like a baby. There was so much peace on his face, all the earlier tension had eased.
His long legs were dangling a bit from the edge of the sofa, although he had bent them at the knees.
My eyes refused to waver from him, he had slithered into my heart, and I knew I was screwed now. No matter what I told myself, the truth was, I had fallen for him.
How long could I hide it from him?
Should I terminate the contract after the Winter Gala? Make some excuse that I was looking to date for real.
Would that even work?
My rapidly beating and incessantly aching heart didn't agree. His arms went around my waist, and he slid closer, burying his face into my belly. Something he incoherently murmured, but I couldn't understand. His nose buried into my soft flesh as he drifted off to sleep again.
Such actions of his made me wonder if he felt something for me, too, apart from lust.
