"I'm sorry I cannot help you."
The lady was so blunt and serious that Anna's eyes widened.
"Did you just say that you cannot help me? Do you even know who I am?"
The woman stared at Anna, almost as if her gaze was questioning Anna.
"Who?"
Anna sighed and said.
"Mr Shao Chen's daughter is—"
She immediately stood up.
"Wait, you are Mr Shao Chen's daughter? How come I did not realize this?" She immediately stood up and grabbed Anna's hands.
"My father has been trying to partner up with your father and he's been getting constant rejection. I can help you if you agree to talk to your dad please…"
Anna's eyes widened.
She had almost wanted to tell her that Mr Shao Chen's daughter is missing and they had trusted her to find her. But since this woman had started up something, she was ready to flow with it.
