Eleanor
My head was pounding and all I could do was groan in pain as I sat up on the bed. The room was a blurry haze around me as I opened my eyes but I just assumed it was because I wasn't wearing my glasses.
My glasses.
Right.
A small whimper slipped out of me as I reached for my head trying to soothe my splitting headache. Somehow, I had finally gotten used to a few things here in my new life as Theadora and I didn't even know if that was supposed to be a good thing or a bad thing.
I blindly reached for my bedside table to grab my glasses but my hand met the empty space beside me instead.
I stiffened at the foreign feeling.
My gaze snapped towards the small corner only to find out that the table wasn't there.
"What on earth?" I mumbled to myself before taking in the room again.
The walls were different—sleek, dimly lit and completely unfamiliar. The curtains were definitely not mine and now that I think about it, the bed was too damn big.
