Naruto's unexpected kindness caught Gyūki off guard.
"Who are you, kid? You called me by my little name so affectionately, as if you've known me forever."
Gyūki narrowed his eyes, confused. "Besides, didn't you conquer the Nine-Tails? Why can't you hear Kurama's voice now?"
For a moment, Gyūki was uncertain.
Killer Bee, feeling the steady flow of Naruto's chakra replenishing his own strength, grinned. "We're all Jinchūriki, helping each other out, growing stronger together, ya know?! Oye!!!"
Naruto let out a small, bittersweet chuckle. It had been so long since he last heard that absurd rhyme. He used to find it annoying, but now it was almost... nostalgic.
Kisame slowly got up, his body absorbing the chakra from Samehada once more, regenerating his wounds. He looked at Killer Bee, then at Naruto, who radiated golden energy, and his sharp teeth gleamed as he smirked. "Well, well... what do we have here?"
Killer Bee, now steady on his feet, smirked back. "This right here's my boy, a fellow Jinchūriki! He's got the most badass tailed beast inside him. So get ready to die, ya stupid fish-faced freak!"
Kisame's grin widened. "You two in one place? Oh, now this is a treat. It's like the heavens themselves have gifted me the ultimate meal—Eight-Tails and Nine-Tails on a silver platter! Hahaha!"
Excitement coursed through him, his entire body trembling with anticipation.
But before he could make his move, Samehada suddenly growled and writhed violently in his grip. Without warning, the blade stabbed into Kisame's hand and bolted toward Killer Bee.
"What the hell, Samehada?!" Kisame roared, his face twisting in rage as blood dripped from his palm.
Samehada stopped at Killer Bee's feet, wagging like an eager dog. It rubbed against his legs, letting out happy purring noises.
Killer Bee blinked, then realized something—Samehada wasn't draining his chakra. It was giving it back.
"Oh-ho! So that's how it is? He forced you to obey him, huh?" Killer Bee grinned and reached down, running his fingers affectionately over the sword's rough, scaly surface. "Well then, from now on, you're rollin' with me, lil' buddy."
Naruto, standing nearby, shuddered. "Ugh, that's just gross to watch..."
At that moment, a sharp voice cut through the air.
"Lord Bee! So you really were here!"
Killer Bee turned to see Darui approaching, flanked by Nozomi and, most importantly, his elder brother—the Fourth Raikage.
"Damn," Bee muttered under his breath. "Busted."
Kisame's smirk faltered as he took in the reinforcements. "Tch. Looks like things just got complicated. But I gotta ask... how'd you find us?"
The sensor ninja, Nozomi, rolled his eyes. "Seriously? With that massive water dome you made, even a blind idiot would know something was up. And you were throwing around Eight-Tails' chakra like candy—I could sense it from miles away."
Raikage's sharp eyes darted between Kisame, Killer Bee, and the golden-glowing Naruto, and his expression darkened.
"Naruto," he said in a low, dangerous voice. "We meet again."
Darui's gaze hardened as he noticed how close Naruto stood to Killer Bee. "Lord Bee, get away from him! He's a rogue ninja now—wanted by all five Great Nations!"
Killer Bee hesitated. "But he saved me, man! If not for Naruto, that fish-brained freak would've taken me down and cut off my legs!"
Raikage's expression twisted with fury. "WHAT?! Someone dared to harm my brother?!"
Lightning crackled around him as his rage exploded.
"Bee, get ready!"
Killer Bee knew exactly what that meant.
Kisame's eyes widened. "Shit—"
"Double Lariat!"
In an instant, Raikage and Killer Bee struck Kisame from both sides, their combined attack too fast for him to react. His jutsu was left unfinished, and his head was separated cleanly from his shoulders, flying through the air before hitting the ground with a sickening thud.
Naruto exhaled slowly, a knowing smile playing on his lips. He wasn't fooled—this wasn't the real Kisame. The real one was still hiding inside Samehada, biding his time.
Raikage, now that the immediate threat was dealt with, turned his full focus on Naruto. "Bee, we're going back to the village. Now."
Killer Bee, however, turned to Naruto instead. "Hey, Naruto... that thing you wanted to tell me—what is it?"
Naruto's eyes gleamed. "Let's fight."
Bee blinked, then shrugged. "If that's how you wanna do it, I'm game!"
The two clashed, exchanging blows rapidly. But just as their fists connected, Naruto channeled his chakra and sent a surge of memories flooding into Killer Bee's mind—scenes from his past life, his meeting with the Sage of Six Paths, the true history of the world...
Bee's eyes widened in shock as the truth unraveled before him. His emotions surged—shock, fear, rage, and then... sorrow.
Within his mind, Gyūki watched the vision unfold, his massive form trembling. He knew that chakra—he could never mistake it. The presence of the Sage of Six Paths was unmistakable.
"The old man trusted this boy..." Gyūki muttered. "Then I have no choice but to do the same."
Killer Bee staggered back, his breath uneven. "This... this is real, ain't it?"
Naruto nodded solemnly.
Inside Bee's spiritual space, Gyūki spoke, his voice grave. "Bee... there's no mistaking it. That was the Sage's chakra. This kid—Naruto—he's the real deal. If he says this is the future, then we have to believe him."
Tears welled up in Killer Bee's eyes as he turned to look at his brother.
Raikage scowled. "Bee? What's wrong with you? Let's go!"
But Bee didn't move. He clenched his fists, his expression firm. "Sorry, bro... but I can't go back."
Raikage's face twisted with disbelief. "What did you just say?!"
Naruto tilted his head. "You sure about this, Bee?"
Bee took a deep breath and nodded. "Yeah. I've made my choice."
"Alright then." Naruto placed a hand on Bee's shoulder. "Let's go."
Raikage's eyes flashed. He activated his Lightning Armor in an instant, preparing to intercept them. But before he could reach them—
Fwoosh.
Naruto and Killer Bee vanished in a blur of golden light.
Raikage stood frozen for a moment, his fists clenched so tightly that his knuckles turned white. His lips curled into a furious snarl as the realization set in.
"DAMN IT!"
