It wasn't as if Gio had any reason to withhold his past from his father. If anything, he was even more inclined to tell the man how he'd lived life so they could start to understand each other better.
Unfortunately, the answers he wanted didn't particularly exist in the past that Gio could talk about. Everything that made him curious was rooted in the fact that he regressed.
Nevertheless, Gio still entertained the question and told Kyrian about the life he'd lived from start to finish. It was a long and dreary story, but Kyrian listened without missing a word until the end.
"Haa…"
He sighed, unknowing of what to say.
"Perhaps it is because you had to struggle and fight for survival for so long. Maybe the universe decided to bless you this time."
Gio raised an eyebrow questioningly.
"Look at these results," Kyrian said, pushing the packet towards him.
Gio did as he was told. Within that report, he really only found numbers he expected.
