"Let go of my feet," Gabriel commanded firmly.
Eric immediately withdrew his hands and remained on his knees. "Please, don't hurt my sister," he pleaded.
Gabriel's gaze remained cold. "That depends on you," he said. "As long as you don't betray me, answer my questions truthfully, and follow my instructions, no harm will come to her."
Eric quickly nodded. "I planned to leave for the Blood Dominion Pack," he confessed. "I thought they would accept me. Here, everything's already destroyed, and Prince Gabriel would never allow me to form my own rogue group. But in the Blood Dominion, I heard it's easier to rise... to gather your own people. That's why I've been trying to leave."
"What information did you give them?" Karmen demanded sharply, stepping closer.
"None! I swear on my life," Eric answered almost too quickly, desperation lacing his voice.
Karmen narrowed her eyes. "Then who have you been communicating with all this time?"
