Okay so I spent a good amount of time looking into what a ruler and avenger class looks like, also thanks for mr_extralover for also providing information, and I figured if they have the makings of a leader they will have the sub class added along with their main class.
Which leads me to the first prototype bey.
Heavenly Jeanne d'arc LMST-ETNE (Luminosité Eternelle)
Class: saber, lancer(yeah I couldn't figure out which class to choose so I said fuck it and gave her both)
Sub class: ruler
Type: balance

Fusion wheel-Heavenly
A dual rotation fusion wheel inspired by valt aoi's valtryek and the Achilles bey from that one kid from the world tour series he was in, her lance deflects attacks and the sword unsheathes when the springs fully retract for a devastating counter.
Energy ring- Jeanne d'arc
The energy ring depicts the flag Jeanne waves around on both sides of the bey.
Spin track and performance tip-Luminosité Eternelle
Taking inspiration from phantom Orion's bearing drive(BD), this is an eternal spin variant, when the special move is activated it creates a cast iron defense that can't be broken easily.
