As soon as Hou saw the massive body of Nelzahar , he begun his magic. Anticipating a strong attack, instead of running Hou took it head on.
He was using a killer move which used the gateway spirit will with a few complimentary powers and magic to tie it together.
The space around Hou was filled with fire and lightning but Hou did not worry and activated his magic, as Nelzahar was recovering he saw the space around him morph.
Hou and Nelzahar had switched places, using this one move Hou defended and attacked. Nelzahar was hit with his own attack. Being burned and shocked by the plasma around him. However he didn't take it without defense, using a small loophole he saw in Hou's space manipulation he used magic and enlarged it.
When Hou used his move, there were disruptions in space which meant that using magic, Nelzahar could reverse it. He moved through the loophole, walking back to where he used to be and where Hou was now.
He did not have spirits like Hou and could not easily fly, instead he had grown wings, formed of flesh reconstituted. He was flapping his wings flying towards Hou, using the compressed power of all his muscles he punched Hou.
Hou used his barrier spirit and blocked the punch, then moving his leg and kicking Nelzahar. Hou used all his strength spirits power, compressing his inner world around just the area he kicked.
Before Hou used his inner world across the whole battlefield but by manipulating it only to where it's needed, the power increased several fold.
Nelzahar didn't try to block but instead he smiled. How's leg powered by his momentum couldn't stop in time and met Nelzahar's flesh.
It caved it but instead of wincing, Nelzahar's flesh grew like tentacles around Hou's leg. He trapped Hou's leg and taking the opportunity he used magic. In a split second he resonated and sacrificed hundreds of his bodies.
His magic activated, a large bloody spear forming in the air!
Hou saw this and tried to move, but could not move away from Nelzahar. He was completely trapped and had to somehow redirect the spear or defend. The spear grew and then a flash of light blasted out from its core.
The spear turned into a fiery red aura then flew straight to Hou. Hou looked at it and didn't have the time to analyse it and use magic, this was magic's big weakness.
Hou instead used a gateway to move to the ground with Nelzahar, he then took advantage of the environment. He formed a mountain around himself. Covering it with a barrier for extra protection.
The spear flew down and met with the barrier, it stopped but then merged with the barrier. The formless barrier became visible and moved off the mountain, transforming into a spear.
The blood red aura spear was not just a normal attack, it could control whatever it hit. When it hit the barrier, it controlled and used Hou's own strength against him.
Hou noticed this and tried to lower his inner world's size, therefore meaning the spirit could no longer work for the enemy. However when it did, Nelzahar laughed,
"You fool, you've just given me exactly what I wanted!"
For a second the spirit stopped working. However Nelzahar had become a cultivator of his own, he then took the spirit and used magic to bond it to his own inner world when Hou abandoned it.
Now Nelzahar resummoned the barrier around himself. He activated resonance in order to activate magic, using Hou's body against him. He controlled Hou's body as if it was his own temporarily using the connection he gained when he merged Hou's foot to his own.
Hou fell asleep, his body falling limp. Nelzahar unattached himself with Hou and attacked him, assaulting him with punches. Nelzahar had the strength and endurance of thousands, with Hou unconscious his body was weak.
How's flesh started to welt and become purple and red. His had broken bones piercing his organs, he would die if it continued.
However, Hou was not alone!
When Hou fell asleep Yue started to take control. Just in time as Nelzahar was going in for the final punch, Yue awoke!
Yue saw the punch and smiled. This was the perfect environment for a master of his caliber. They were in a small enclosed cave in a mountain covered in his own blood.
As a blood master, along with Hou's spirit that controlled liquid, Yue was in a perfect situation. He controlled all the blood around them and create da formation, sacrificing half of his qi to spirits around.
The blood formation stopped Nelzahar's punch and his arm was pulled fork his body, eaten up by the spirits beyond the veil.
Yue teleported away and turned around. There was the large mountain, with complete destruction around it. Yue cut open his body and let out blood. The blood moved into he sky above the mountain, then he activated many different spirits creating one large blood formation.
He activated it and the mountain compressed back into the earth, burying Nelzahar in the process. However that was just the start, then blood worms hundreds of meters long formed form the blood formation. They all fall to the ground, burrowing into he soil. They would detect any life and go after it.
While the blood works were attacking Nelzahar under the soil, Yue woke up Hou,
"Do it, finish him off, I'm proud of you"
Hou woke up and regained control over his body. He saw what Yue had done and felt ashamed at his weakness. But taking this chance he would finish Nelzahar off.
Hou floated in the air and focused. He gathered all of his qi, all of his mana and begun working. He was going to do the world shaking punch he had done before but stronger. He wanted to completely erase Nelzahar, destroying his soul that was in the astral world.
Hou stood there gathering his strength and activating thousands of sequences of spirit and magic. His whole body started to glow and the space around him toppled purely from his power he was gathering.
Nelzahar saw his predicament and changed his form. He mimicked the blood worms attacking him, becoming a thousand meter length flesh worm. Each time he morphed the bodies become more homogeneous.
The faces of people used to be visible but now it was all one dark red blob of meat, he burrowed through the soil. With a large burst he came out of the ground looking into the sky with hundred thousand eyes.
He saw a glowing figure with he space rippling around it. Above him, something was going to happen and he needed to defend or he would die.
Nelzahar undid his control of his bodies, retreating into the astral world and activated resonance. He would need all his concentration on his magic. He needed to stop Hou!
Hou saw Nelzahar burrow out of the ground and start using resonance, he activated resonance himself. Now there were three parties, Hou and Nelzahar were fighting but both were being attacked the world itself.
Regardless of their actions, the two had gone against the world and the world was fighting back. The ground broke into pieces and large tornados formed. Winds capable of cutting mountains formed, volcanoes erupting, spewing molten lava up into he air. The clouds started to spiral and lighting was crackling, the world was creating it's own final attack.
Each party was ignoring eachother, only focusing on their final move to take out their enemies!
