Chapter 99 - The Malnacidos (99)

Gabriel sat on his throne, casually picking at his teeth with a bone he found on the ground—don't ask.

He needed to clean his teeth. He was done eating some prime Adjucha meat. It was a chicken Adjucha—truly prime meat.

The thigh had so much meat. He was not eating it for power. The Adjucha's strength was merely a drop of water in the vast ocean of power he possessed.

He wondered if he should flirt with his wife since no one was here.

Then, Nelliel walked in.

With fifty Fullbringers behind her.

Gabriel blinked.

Then blinked again.

Then leaned forward slightly.

"Wait, what?"

Nelliel gave a respectful bow.

"These are the Fullbringers I managed to convince."

Gabriel just stared at the group of humans, all looking a little overwhelmed, a little wary, but mostly... present.

One man stepped forward.

He had dark, unruly hair and sharp, observant eyes, carrying himself with the air of someone who had seen too much and trusted too little.

Gabriel's lips curled into a grin.

"And you are?"

The man's gaze didn't waver.

"Ryouma Michibane."

Gabriel clapped his hands. "Ryouma, huh? Welcome to my kingdom."

To celebrate, he hosted a light feast, offering them protection, quarters, and an arena where they could train.

Had to liven the mood a bit. Half of them were probably sad from almost dying at the hands of some Shinigami. Well, who cared? Strong army.

The Fullbringers, despite their initial caution, were grateful for the hospitality.

Gabriel simply smiled.

"The more, the better."

Not all of them were eager to keep their powers. Some wanted their shit gone. They never wanted those powers. They wanted to be... boring.

He meant normal.

Some approached him, asking to have their Fullbrings removed.

Gabriel sighed.

Clearly, he didn't like the idea.

"Your power is a gift," he told them. "You should treasure it."

One Fullbringer clenched his fists. "My Fullbring killed my mother."

Gabriel looked at him—then at all of them—and dropped a bombshell.

"You possess a piece of the Soul King."

Silence.

"Basically, you hold a fragment of God inside you. Do you really want to throw away God's gift to humanity?"

Some of them hesitated.

Some reconsidered.

And some, still firm in their decision, chose to become normal.

Gabriel sighed but didn't argue.

With a flick of his power, he removed their Fullbrings and watched as their souls settled into something more... ordinary.

And their Fullbring power? Now it was his.

Yes, he had devoured the piece of the Soul King inside them, and for some reason, instead of assimilating with him, he just gained a power buff—along with the craving to get more.

Something in him liked devouring those pieces.

Then, he smiled at them.

"You can live normal lives now. But if you ever want it back..." His grin widened. "You know where to find me."

Harribel, ever the observant one, noticed that some of the Fullbringers had ridiculous abilities.

One, in particular, stood out.

Busted Fullbring – "Danza del Juicio" (Dance of Judgment)

User: Ryouma Michibane

Ability: The Fullbring allows the user to completely erase the concept of "damage" from anything they touch for a short time. This includes themselves, their allies, even their enemies. If used strategically, they can make an enemy unable to harm them or even make their own attacks unable to be resisted.

Limitations: Using it for too long exhausts the user.

Gabriel stared at this man like he had just won the lottery.

"Danza del Juicio, huh? Man, I love broken powers."

Then there was another Fullbring, one that made Gabriel tilt his head.

Abstract Fullbring – "Cenizas de los Perdidos" (Ashes of the Lost)

User: Koita Ryu

Ability: The user scatters ashes from their body that contain the memories and experiences of the dead. Anyone who inhales these ashes experiences the thoughts, emotions, and final moments of those who have perished. This can overwhelm, confuse, or even drive enemies insane.

Limitations: The user cannot control what memories appear—they could be nightmarish visions or pleasant whispers.

This was creepy.

But Gabriel didn't mind.

It was very good, and he didn't mind it.

Fullbrings seemed to have very busted abilities. They were like a race where the author could pull whatever shit he wanted from his ass and—bam—a Fullbring probably had that ability.

Gabriel leaned back on his throne, deep in thought.

These Fullbringers weren't Nephilim.

They weren't regular humans.

They were humans with demonic power, thanks to their Hollow influence.

He needed a name.

Something that fit.

His mind drifted back to a time when his dad used to tell him stories about the motherland.

Yeah, that name could fit. It could fit well.

"Malnacidos."

Harribel looked at him.

"The name comes from Spanish—it means 'ill-born' or 'those born under misfortune.'"

It was quite fitting.

His wife nodded in agreement.

And just like that—

The Malnacidos were born.

Now, for Gabriel to do his job and get his men to keep their hands to themselves.

But first.

"Lilith, they are not your toys."

The Sin of Lust, who was nearby, looked disappointed.

"So mean of you to assume I would do that," Lilith said, acting all hurt.

Gabriel didn't buy her cutesy act. He knew that she knew that he knew what she had planned for those humans.

Her ass was probably salivating at the thought of getting some human dick... especially those with such busted powers. She could have those powers too.

A shame His Majesty was against it.

Wait... He said not to use them as toys.

He never said never have sex with them.

Lilith glanced up at him, her eyes gleaming.

Hm.

Okay.

So he knew what he said.

Wait—did that mean she could do it as long as it was consensual?

Fufufufufufu.

A/N...watch her become a legal wife to one wait till he dies and rinse and repeat
