'Hm, Singularity F? And it's called the Burning Yokai City?'

Yuto stared at the glowing message that popped up, a flicker of surprise in his eyes. He hadn't expected Singularity to hit his real world.

In Fate/Grand Order, Singularities were strange breaks in the timeline, cut off from the normal flow of history. The big ones in the main story are "Grand Singularities"—were eight key points the Demon King Goetia used to try to burn human history to ashes. Each one sat at a vital moment in time, ranked by something called the "Humanity Foundation Value." Messing with those points was Goetia's way of torching the entire human timeline.

'Is this event so bad it could burn humanity to nothing?' Yuto's gaze sharpened. This wasn't a game anymore. If he didn't stop it, his world could vanish.

'Ashiya Douman and Kazuhiro Santouga, what were those two up to? What kind of chaos were they stirring to push everything toward ruin?'

As Yuto laid out his thoughts, the room went quiet. Faces around him darkened.

The great Onmyoji master from five hundred years ago, Ashiya Douman, was behind the Nura Clan's downfall? Using the Killing Stone to control demons, what was his goal?

No one dared brush off Douman. He'd been a match for Abe no Seimei, a master of Onmyoji arts who could supposedly talk to spirits and bend life and death. Some even said his sudden death was a trick, that he'd cheated mortality with his skills.

"Yuto, what do we do?" Kotoko tugged at his sleeve, her small face tight with worry. "If this keeps going, will Douman and his group come after us next?"

"Don't worry. With me here, they don't stand a chance," Yuto said, pulling her close.

Kotoko's cheeks turned pink, but she didn't pull away. She pressed her small, shaky body against him.

Just then, a few Yokai who'd been rude earlier shuffled over, heads low.

"Yuto, we're sorry about what happened before," one said. "The Princess is like family to us. Seeing her with a boyfriend made us jumpy. But after you purified the Killing Stone, we know you're strong. Please, help us, not just for the Nura Clan, but for all Yokais. Find the ones who did this!"

The others nodded, bowing deeply.

Yuto glanced at Kotoko. She knelt too, her voice firm. "I, the 27th Yokai Princess, pledge to serve Yuto as my lord. From now on, he has the same authority as I do. Treat him with the respect you give me."

The Yokais gasped. They knew she was giving up a lot because they couldn't protect themselves.

Yuto felt a spark of emotion. "If you're ready to follow me, you'll do things my way."

He wasn't some selfless hero. Sure, having Yokais on his side sounded useful especially with stunners like the oni witch Kiryuin Kaede and the snow women Tsurara and Setsura around.

"I'm jealous of the Princess. Think she'd care if we got friendly with him too?" a female demon giggled.

"Ha, already smitten? He's good-looking, but don't get carried away," another teased.

Yuto caught their flirty looks and smirked. He didn't mind.

Then Yukino stepped up, towing a black-haired beauty. "Master, this is my cousin. She… likes you."

Yuto knew her, the snow woman from GeGeGe no Kitaro. Yukino's cousin.

Unlike Yukino's full curves, this snow woman was slim and elegant. Her long legs gleamed pale and smooth under her skirt.

With Tsurara and Setsura from the Nura Clan, that made four snow women in one spot.

Yukino made introductions, and the shy snow woman blushed as they chatted. She was quiet, so Yuto didn't rush her. He had time.

Right now, he had bigger problems.

........

At the Supernatural Countermeasures Office, Jinguuji Ayame's face was tense. Yuto's info pointed to Ashiya Douman's revival, teamed up with a vengeful spirit. They were cooking up something nasty.

After some digging, they locked onto the Keikain family.

"Yuto, we've tracked down the Keikain family based on your tip," Ayame said, brushing her hair back. "They've produced famous Onmyoji masters for ages. The current head is Keikain Yura, from the main branch."

"Keikain Yura?" Yuto blinked. She was from Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan, an Onmyoji master who could summon multiple shikigami.

"Yep," Ayame said. "Since the Heian period, the Keikain family has guarded Kyoto for the imperial court, watching over the Yellow Spring Gate, the door to the underworld."

"If Douman's after them, it fits," Yuto said. "They want to open that gate."

"But why?" Yomi Isayama frowned. "In Japan, the 'Yellow Spring' isn't just hell, it's the land of the dead, older than hell itself."

"Who knows?" Benio Adashino said, nibbling a rice cake. "Maybe to wreck the world or summon spirits. Either way, it's troublesome."

"I'm curious, though," she added, eyeing Yuto. "How'd you know where Douman's hiding?"

"I've got foresight," Yuto said with a straight face. In reality his gacha system had coughed up the coordinates.

"Wait, you're not joking, right?" Mei peeked out from her chair, her red eye narrowing.

Yuto walked over and flicked her forehead. "Still as cheeky as ever, Mei."

"Ow! That stings!" she grumbled, rubbing the spot. "You're hitting 'my' body, you know!"

"Sorry," Yuto said, softening. He rubbed her forehead gently. "Better?"

Mei's face went red, and she looked down. Lately, Yuto had been busy with other girls, and their time together had shrunk. His little gesture made her heart skip.

This time, Yuto picked his best fighters: Isayama, Benio, and Mei to hit the Keikain family. His gacha system let him power them up with temporary Servant powers.

In Fate/Grand Order, "Support Servants" were short-term allies with basic skills and Noble Phantasms. They'd fade after the fight, but their Spirit Cores could boost the girls' strength and teach them new tricks.

Yuto had three Spirit Cores to hand out. He chose Isayama, Benio, and Mei for their fighting.

"Come with me," Yuto said, leading them to a quiet office.

[Host, confirm embedding three Shadow Servant Spirit Cores?] the system pinged.

'Yes, embed them.'

A huge hall of Servants flashed in his mind, their shadowy forms staring at him. They seemed curious.

'First, no guys,' Yuto said, waving off the male Servants. No way was he letting a dude's Spirit Core into his girls.

Then he picked three female Servants: Medusa, Kiyohime, and Hassan of the Serenity.

As he locked in his choices, the other shadows vanished. The system suggested a hands-on embedding method.

"Hm?" Yuto raised an eyebrow.
