Luis of course wrote the number 293,874 on his paper. He even wrote it very neatly so that none of the numbers looked the same as another number even though all numbers are basically detected by the advanced computer system.
He just wanted the dealer to be unable to make an excuse that he wrote another number.
When the machine showed the dice, the total number was immediately written on the screen.

He then looked at his paper again, making sure the numbers were the same and it was indeed exactly the same, no difference at all.

Suddenly there was a spotlight aimed at him, startling the people around.
"What happened?" They wondered.
The spotlight itself recorded his paper and displayed it on the screen so that it clearly showed the numbers he had written, the exact same numbers that the dice had released.
There was an instant silence, including Thomas and the others.
