Chapter 18 - Disciple Cultivation System ch18 Class A.

"So you tortured him?"

After reading the last part of the page, Art didn't know who to feel and just spoke out his mind.

"Yes...I was rather energetic back then."

As far as challenge go, killing Sunbringer back then was easy but it took three days to draining his strength and it was anything but easy. She had to make sure he wouldn't notice her, then follow him around town taking note of everything ate, then making a routine of her own to administer a certain quantity of poison specifically crafted for vampire in them, then making contact with his plaything and injecting her with said poison so when her blood was devoured more will be administered into Sunbringer body.

Doing all of that without him noticing was stressful but what made it more painful was that, after he found out about the poisoning, he killed his plaything leaving her with guilt hence why she had let lose back then.

"He was evil but I won't deny that back then had I not weakned him I won't be here."

"What about now, are you confident you could beat him without relying on trickery?"

"Yes." She nod without hesitation.

"A single hit will be all it's takes."

Back then she had no techquie nor did she understand intent but now it was different. She had many techquie under her belt, an intent and so much more. She was now far to strong to consider Sunbringer of back then to be her equal.

"This is a conversation." Art seeing her confidence remarked as a prompt filled his screen.

[Aura circulation learnt]

[Grim emotional meter: Interest lvl3]

"It's smooth!" She responded.

"Ofcourse depending on the context you don't have to think to much about it. Friends just talk about trends or personal hobbies, partners maybe something romantic and colleague the same for friends."

"I think I understand what you getting at." She nod.

"All this time because of my background I'll always been conscious on what to say and what others think about me and because of that I grew tense."

"Pretty much!"

In essence everything wrong with Grim was in her mind and nothing more. The very fact that she could teach without a problem was an indicator she didn't have problems communicating with other, she just was more paranoid when it came to personnel conversation.

"Ofcourse one thing I'll gave you is to try to learn more about you colleagues. No as an assassin but as a normal person."

"Observation?" She inquired.

"No ask, their likes and dislikes among others."

"Okay so what do you like then?"

Just as he expected it was easy for her, she just needed a few tip and she'll be excellent at it.

"Well I do like swords and games. What about you?"

"Money and coffee."

I guess that explains the dark circles underneath her eyes, was Art's thought

"How about dislike?"

The one to pose that question was Art.

"Killing and abyssal creature."

Art was actually somewhat disappointed about how standard Grim's dislikes were. The majority of individual, him included dislike killing, something he was probably going to get accustom to in the coming days and the same majority disliked Abyssal creatures for pretty valid reason.

"What off you then?"

"Witches and kisses!"

He answered without much thought. The sharpness prominent in his tone making Grim flinch.

"Lady Trish why are you sitting beside me."

Glancing beside her, were beauty with blonde hair sat, Valarie mouth her complaint only to be met with a smile...a really scary smile.

"One has to keep their friends closer!"

"Stop twisting that saying."

Valarie perfectly getting at what she met paled understating the girl saw her as an enemy but why?

She didn't remember doing anything that will make Trish dislike her nor did she remember any fued of her's from her childhood.

They had been stranger just a couple of minutes ago and now she already saw her as an enemy.

She didn't know what kind of thought pattern that ranned through the girl's head but she knew what thing, she really was petty.

"Are you thinking anything bad about me."

"No."

Lowering her head she responded feeling exhausted.

It was just her first day in the academy and she already felt this tired.

Contemplating about the grim future ahead of her, the doors to the lecture hall opened as a beautiful woman whom she could envision herself became because of her depressed look, walked through the door, a handsome young man clutching a longsword and dagger following behind her.

Both their presence far more oppressing than it had been when she saw them early commanded attention, leading the whole class to glance at the in wonder.

"Is he a new teacher?"

"Probably I'll never seem him better!"

"I heard Professor Villeir had a handsome assistant from a friend in the magic course...woah I thought she was exaggerating."

The one gathering the most attention was the blonde teacher whom compared to the green haired professor was a new subject for topic.

Just as Valerie has expect, like before Trish's eyes seem to lose all focus as all she gaze at was the blonde lecture.

Yeah, she knew he was good looking but she didn't think the girl was admiring just his looks but something deeper.

"What does she see?"

Confused, she sneaking a glance one's more at the blonde lecture only to meet his gaze instead.

"...."

The lecture surprise as much as she was soon regained his composure followed by a charming smirk causing her and many girls in the class to blush.

Even the crazy girl beside her was now covering her face beet red.

"Tsk...aggroant playboy!"

A black haired male student beside her snapped only to be subjected to the terrifying gaze from Trish whom caused him to quickly fold and shrink back into his seat.

Ignorant of the mess he was causing the blonde teacher took a seat in the front beside a sleeping pinked hair elf in a sweater while the professor made her way to the podium to begin class.
