As General Levi retreated back to his army, he pulled out a map to hide the note.
"How the hell am I supposed to accomplish what Lance wants me to accomplish and deliver this message back?" He thought.
"Commander Javi!"
"Yes General!"
"Take this note and two scouts with you and head east. I'll say you're scouting the east. Use the tree cover to return home safely and get this note to King Lance no matter what!"
"What about King Charles?"
"He pissed off the elves so he won't be a worry. Just go!"
Commander Javi and two scouts headed eastbound as quickly as they could, and General Levi rode over to King Charles.
"Not going to send scouts to the west and south?"
"You're right we should. Let's get the catapults ready!"
"As you wish."

Xavier just finished reading the note from King Lance.
"General Xavier,
I trust you know your Father and I go way back. Fake General Levi's death and bring him back to Sanctuary with you. He knows what he needs to do. He's to aid the elves in any way he can. The goal today is to completely wipe out King Charles' army.
Sincerely,
King Lance Bryson."
"Well I guess that's why the scouts went off," Xavier thought.
Meanwhile, Stefania and Mina were going to use their shields to act as the repellent to not give away the barrier for as long as they could.
"King Charles will die quickly after that stunt they pulled on Stefania," Sora said, holding his swords in anger.
Xavier told Eva, Jax, his sister and the twins the plan.
"Mina, guide him with arrows to where he's safe outside the border and can get to our underground caverns on the south side. Eva, when he can get underground, use a fire spell to make it look like the General is disintegrated."
"Why are we doing this?"
Xavier pointed out to the battlefield, where Levi's other Commander held two flags up.
"They're forced to be here."
"That doesn't change the fact they are still going to try to kill us, though?" Sora asked.
"Time will tell," Mina said.
<><><><>
Rain started drizzling from the sky.
King Charles sent his men to the South and to the West of the Castle, and on his mark, they fired the catapults.
Mina and Stefania did their best to pretend to bounce them back, but some clearly hit the barrier and ricochet off it, flying right back and destroyed the catapults, along with the men around the catapults.
"What was that my King?" One of Charles' Commanders asked.
"Elven magic. We should have killed them all when we had the chance! Send the men in!" Charles shouted.
Mina and the other archers stood on top of the Kingdom walls, the rain coming down slightly harder than the original drizzle.
"Ignite!" Eva shouted and all the arrows on the bows were lit in a wave.
"Ding! You have learned Elven Magic [uncommon] fire: ignite! Set an object on fire, resistant to water."
Mina took note of the King's movements and struck his injured shoulder with a burning arrow on her fifth attempt. He gave one final order to fire their arrows and for the men to charge before collapsing off of his horse.
He put on the fire, thanks to the rain, but as he looked up, he saw his men disappearing as they hit some invisible barrier.
"What is going on? Where is Levi?!"
Levi brought his men to the East, where they were patient and didn't charge in. Seeing Charles down, Levi rode over to Charles.
"Are you alright, my liege?"
"No I am not fucking alright. My men just vanished!"
Levi looked at where the men were running in, and took out his telescope.
"They aren't vanishing my liege, they're disintegrating."
"Give me that thing, Charles demanded."
In a very subtle movement, as Charles took the telescope from Levi, Charles felt a dagger pierce his lower abdomen. Before he could say another word, the dagger pierced through his ribs, right in the gap between the armor.
"Traitor…" Charles said, as he coughed up blood.
"I also die on this battlefield Charles, so what's the difference? Have a great after life," Levi said as Charles hunched over in pain, covered in mud from falling off his horse.
"Medic! The fire and arrow punctured the King's chest piece. I don't hear a heartbeat!" Levi yelled.
It was too late when the medics arrived. King Charles was dead. His men sprinted the castle in a rage and all 40,000 of his troops fell due to their inability to see a way around the barrier.

"This battle wasn't even a battle. It was a free victory for elves," Stefania said, while smiling.
"We still have to fake Levi's death," Xavier said.
"Let me do it," Sora said.
"What do you mean?" Mina asked.
"Just trust me I think I can do this." Sora said as he took off outside the gates, using Creatio Ex Nature to open a hole in the wall.
Levi noticed the charging elf and Sora quickly opened his system.
"Would you like to add General Levi of Prosperity to the List of Allies?"
Mina also heard the system ping, and selected yes.
"General Levi is now an Elven ally and can enter the Barrier of Justice!"
As Levi approached the barrier, the elves saw Sora's blue eye illuminate.
General Levi died by Sora's spear, which he thrust through him as he rode into the barrier.
Sora's right eye began to bleed and his horse, Justice knelt to the ground to soften the landing, as Sora fell from his horse.
To everyone's surprise, Levi rode inside the barrier, and everyone, who just saw him die, stood in confusion.
Xavier broke the silence, "Did Sora just use illusion magic?!"
"I believe so. I witnessed my own death," General Levi sat on his horse in bewilderment.
"What of your army?" Stefania asked.
"They know if I fall to retreat to their King and to regroup. Anyway, I am General Levi Stroud. I haven't seen your Father since I was a teenager, but I know my King values your Father's friendship. My Commanders are retreating now with your letter."
"That's great news," Xavier said with a firm handshake.
Meanwhile, Mina knelt by Sora, using any minor healing spell she could remember.
"Stefania, can you please get over here? He's not waking up and his eye is bleeding!" Mina shouted.
Stefania dismounted Belladeon and rushed over, casting spells to ease his pain and clear his eye.
All the spells worked, except for anything that tried to help his eye. He woke up, the illumination of the blue eye finally diminished and his eye stopped bleeding.
"I think you overdid it Sora," Mina said, tears filled her eyes, but she smiled.
"Hi Stefania, I love you!" Sora said, before passing back out.
"Ding! Quest complete. Win the imminent counter attack. 1,500 experience rewarded. 1750/2000 experience. No experience lost, no elven lives lost. You are still level 6."
Mina sighed in relief and told everyone Sora would be ok.
"That was rather odd. He completely ignored his crying sister, only to confess his love to Stefania," Xavier said, confused.
"It's ok, I'm just glad he's ok," Mina admitted.
Slightly embarrassed, Stefania leaned and kissed Sora on the forehead and said, "I love you too. Now wake up!"
Xavier and everyone else had a lot to discuss. They just needed Sora to wake up.
They took everyone to the living quarters underground. Today was a great win for the elves.
