As Kazuki's chest drew closer, Melanie's breathing quickened. Her eyes darted around until they landed on the spot where she had tightly gripped Kazuki's chest earlier.
Melanie reached out and lightly touched Kazuki's chest. "I… I'm sorry. Did I hurt you earlier?"
Kazuki looked down, his forehead lightly brushing against Melanie's. A shiver ran through her body, leaving her feeling tingly all over.
"Oh, this? Consider it my punishment for seeing you naked. I should've listened more carefully to what you were saying."
"No, no punishment! You were just trying to save me!" Kazuki's joke made Melanie flustered.
