Before logging out, there was one more thing I needed to do.
I opened my inventory to strengthen my maou's set by feeding it the wolf cloak and the wolf skin bracers. Also, I wanted to take a look at the very strange egg.

<
But how do I hatch it? There was no information like that.
At that time, I heard whining, and turning my head in that direction, I saw a tiny, adorable little wolf cub. It was licking one of the matriarch wolves. Suddenly, making me feel bad.

"Kill it!" Xanda's voice sounded inside my head. I obviously wasn't going to kill it. And just leaving it alone wasn't an option either. I had to adopt it. Even if I wasn't a pet person.
"You will be coming with me, Fenrir," I picked him up, pulling him away from his dead mother.
<
Fenrir was not happy to say the least, as he started growling, snarling, and biting my hand in that order.
"Okay, okay, sorry," I lowered him to the ground, and he ran back to his dead mother.
I suppose I am not logging out, not until I convince him to leave with me…
Seconds turned into minutes and minutes turned into hours. "Are you ready now?" But I was ignored.
More hours passed, and even more hours went by. My time extension for the capsule was running out, and it was only a matter of time before I was forcefully logged out.
The blessing of wrath activated, reacting more to my annoyance and impatience than anger; I clicked my tongue, "Listen here! You either come with me, or I am killing you! Decide now!"
Fenrir howled for the longest time. When he finally stopped, he slowly walked up to me with his head hung low. He then looked up, meeting my eyes and barking as if he was saying, "I hate you."
<
And just in the nick of time, too, as I was forcefully logged out. I exited the capsule and looked at it. "I should buy a capsule of my own…how much time is it?" It was half an hour to ten. Should still be open.
I left the capsule café and drove to the specialized store of everything Pandemonium. There was only one model of the capsule, but there was a choice of color that I had to make. I went with my favorite color – navy. However, it sure was pricey: fifteen thousand dollars. That was most of my savings. But it was just money. I could always make more.
"So you got hooked, huh?" It was the same clerk who sold me Pandemonium.
"It's fun, but most importantly, it isn't a waste of time due to the fact that a single day in Pandemonium is just a single hour in real life."
"Thank god for that," the clerk laughed. "Would you like some tips and tricks from a veteran player?"
"I have friends for that, and my little brother too."
"Then, I will tell you something that they probably don't know."
"Alright, fine."
The clerk nodded his head. "You have to unlock dual specialisation as quickly as possible by completing the first floor of the Tower of Heroes. You will have to ask for a carry. And then you have to find a senile old man in the Eden Empire. He will teach you a hidden S-rank job. You will be able to extract materials from everything and anything. Which you can then sell in the market or commission craftsmen with those same materials to make you equipment."
"I would like to pay now."
"Certainly, and done," just like the last time, he smiled warmly, but I showed no reaction. "You are now the proud owner of your very own capsule. Do you need it delivered or will you be taking it with you?"
"I will take it with me, but I need some help getting it into my car."
"Okay, that won't be a problem."
"Thank you."
…
I returned home, but I wasn't living with my parents as you might have expected. I was only visiting them for my little brother's birthday. Now, how do I bring this thing inside?
I didn't want to disturb my neighbours, but I needed help. I knocked on the door of my landlord. His name was Richard, a married and successful man with several young kids. And he was more than happy to help me.
I thanked him once more, and we went our separate ways. Today was a crazy day. But not in a bad way…
The following morning, I logged into Pandemonium as soon as I woke up. It was Saturday, and I was using it to its fullest, for relaxation. Which meant that I would be playing all day today. Something I never thought I would do.

Oh, right, I forgot about that! Since I don't play games, and all. But essentially, back in the twenty-second, or was it the third century, there was a law passed that forbade people, whether young or adult, from playing online games during the night hours. It stuck until now. The reason was addiction. Apparently, it was the worst addiction of them all way back then. Oh well…
