The Masked Alpha gritted his teeth and finally snapped his finger.
The earth suddenly shook, and Odette panicked instantly.
"Y-Your Majesty, there's an earthquake. You need to leave!" Odette exclaimed in fluster as she tried to reach the Masked Alpha.
However, she lost her balance immediately and almost fell to the ground face-first before the Masked Alpha caught her and hugged her tightly.
Odette continued panicking until she saw that both Ymir and the Masked Alpha didn't seem to care. They didn't budge, nor they showed any hint of fear.
In fact, Ymir was observing the situation with interest.
'Relax, it is not an earthquake. His Majesty is using his magic,' the duckling replied.
'But the earth is shaking right now!'
'That's part of the magic,' the duckling replied. 'Just stay still for now.'
Odette was unsure of what was happening, but seeing that everyone except her was calm, she decided to cling to the Masked Alpha's arm and wait.
