Kaguya Otsutsuki gave birth to two sons, later known as the Sage of Six Paths, Hagoromo Otsutsuki, and Hamura Otsutsuki.
One theory suggests that she fell in love with a mortal, married, and had children. Another theory claims that she "accepted the blessings of the people" and self-conceived, directly giving birth to her two sons.

Afterward, Hamura went to the moon, while the Sage of Six Paths, in his old age, split the Ten-Tails to create the Tailed Beasts. He then divided a portion of his authority and extraordinary traits, giving rise to Indra and Asura. These two brothers already had a bit of an Adam and Amon vibe. Tracing back, it's clear that Kaguya Otsutsuki was absurdly powerful.
Ino's initial plan was to lie low during the Infinite Tsukuyomi, but the Yamanaka clan's Mind Body Switch Technique showed her a different possibility. If she could swap into a body with immense combat power, like Captain Ginyu, she wouldn't refuse. Ino casually brushed off the idea, using the opportunity to observe Sasuke's physical and spiritual energy.
The Uchiha clan's bloodline, inherited from Indra, was indeed formidable.
