"Lu Zi Zhen, what time did you arrive here? Don't distract Mommy from working on her paintings! You know she needs to work with time, she has a deadline." Another rough voice sounded from their back and they both turned around and gazed at their backs. They could see Lu Ting Cheng strolling over in a black suit looking so mature and steady. He was sixteen years old, almost turning seventeen; he was also huge and built up. He was no longer that ten-year-old boy he had rescued at the airport.
The three boys seemed to have taken their exercises and gym seriously; they looked so huge for their ages, while Lu Wan Ruyi looked so young, like a little girl.
"Mommy doesn't have to do all these things while I can make money enough to feed her... She should abandon all these and take care of her body." Lu Zi Zhen smirked while he wiped his mother's face cleaning the paint off her beautiful face. His mother didn't have to work with the amount of wealth he had; he was capable of giving her a luxurious leisure-free life without worries.
"What do you even know? She belongs to Daddy, and he has enough money to feed her; he hasn't stopped her from doing what she loves to do; who are you to?" Lu Ting Cheng picked up a paintbrush and carefully added the moon, completing the paint that looked to be lacking something. With the moon, it was complete and looking wholly.
After living with Lu Wan Ruyi for six years, he was very well-versed in her way of painting and the thoughts put into it. He had learned the crucial parts as they owned several art galleries, and he was in charge of them. Their mother had risen up to the best painter just after one year of moving abroad, and then he loved watching her paint and they spent most of the time painting even though he rarely understood the meaning behind the paintings she made. She always looked magnificent when painting.
"You two..." She gently flicked their noses and that earned her their sweet giggles. These two always assisted her in painting and also worked in the office assisting their father, who had assigned them to various positions, which they were handling very well.
Lu Ting Cheng was already a Vice President of the Lu Conglomerate while Lu Zi Zhen was a Chief Financial officer of the Lu Conglomerate, they held important positions in the company while they assisted each other.
The other boy had decided to be an artist; his father had enough resources to support him, so he was a well-known actor since he was just twelve years old. Apart from acting, he was also a popular singer having tours all over the world.
"Hehe... Momma, the painting is done; let's go over to the house; the sun has gone down, and it will start getting cold very soon." Lu Zi Zhen got the painting while he packed everything else she was using away before passing them over to the servants who had been standing there quietly.
In this huge mansion, Lu Wan Ruyi found rich imagination and peace when she painted outside in the fields surrounded by greeneries and fresh flowers that had already bloomed.
"Mnnhh..." She let Lu Ting Cheng and Lu Zi Zhen hold her arms as they walked back into the mansion, "you don't think I'm too delicate right? I can't even walk by myself?" She pouted her lips glaring at both of them. They were treating her like a little baby when she was so strong and healthy.
"Momma, we just want to pamper you, is it wrong?" Lu Ting Cheng really adored her. Lu Zhi Hao never told his kids that this wasn't their mother as he couldn't convince them otherwise, and knowing their attachment towards their adoptive mother, he let them be. He didn't know why, but he had never regretted marrying her for even a single day.
"Hehe... It's because your father ain't around; if he was, you could still be at the office working, not being here lazing around." She chuckled eying them as they mischievously giggled. Their mom was being honest, if their father was around, they wouldn't be at home at this time.
"Let him stay out there for a little while longer, and momma, we need to start packing; we are moving back to our homeland; most of the company functions have been moved there; you also know we built a huge art gallery that we would auction your paintings there very soon." Lu Ting Cheng was happy that they were moving back there.
