Keifer's POV
"Did you give her the phone?" I ask Percy.
He looks at me while standing next to his car. He's actually
about to leave but I stop him.
"Yeah, Felix told me she broke her old one."
I took my phone out of my pocket. "Give me her new number."
He smiles widely before sticking out his tongue like a child. "I don't want to."
"I'm not in the mood to play with you." Sounds like a threat for him.
"I ain't playing with yah!" He raps while moving his hand like a real
rapper.
I sigh. He's come from death and all but he's still
ignorant. What does he have to go through to mature?
Do I have to hit his head on a rock to change him?
When am I serious, here he is, teasing. Nothing has changed.
"Percy." I called him in a serious tone. "...just give me her number so I
can leave."
He stopped what he was doing and looked at me. He probably sensed how
serious I am. He scratched his cheek for a moment before speaking.
"Sorry, I don't trust you. I really don't want you to get close to
Jay-jay. After what you've done to her." He said while shaking his head.
"...and then you still haven't explained the incident with Freya."
"You don't understand my situation with Jay-jay and I have nothing
to explain about Freya." I put my phone back to my pocket. "...if you don't
give me, fine. I can still get her number anyway."
I'm about to walk away when he called me. I turn back to him. He frowned
like a child and took out his phone.
"You're demanding, right? I'm annoyed!" He said while typing out something in
his phone. "...it's just that I'm more handsome to you."
I don't see the connection.
I approached him while waiting for the number I asked for.
His nostrils flared even more.
"I just have a condition."
I raised a brow. "What?"
"Please explain what happened to Freya."
Like I have a choice. I nodded shortly before he handed over his phone to
me. But I don't see any number on his phone. It's a dialing
keypad only.
"Type your number. I'll send it to you when you give me what I'm asking for." He said making an assurance.
I just shook my head while typing my number. It also didn't seem to
trust me. It's a tie then. I don't trust him either.
I gave back his phone and let him do his thing. He put it in his pocket and
looked at me. He looked at you as if he was mocking me.
Asshole.
"See you later at KingsGround." He said before getting
inside his car.
I let him drive away. I just watch the back of his car. I couldn't
hold my fist. It's aching!
It seems like I went too far last night. In my anger at meeting Kiko
and Jay-jay, I think I cracked the skulls of those who were in front of us. It was
supposed to be a warning for the other group who claimed to touch Jay-jay.
Those who would try to touch him.
But I wasn't satisfied with beating them up. Edrix almost
laughed at me while shooting a video and taking a picture. He said I was
like a demon who would consume the human race.
Shh... I am pissed.
It's worth it because I haven't heard any answers from them yet. They seem scared.
I'm back at school. Lunch break is almost over and I hope Jay-jay has eaten properly. He still doesn't want to eat with me.
If Percy doesn't give me his number, I'll be forced to
play tricks on him. Maybe it would be better if I stole his phone first so Edrix could install the app on it, but he might wonder if it was stolen and then get it back.
He'll definitely be suspicious now and it'll be hard to trust.
I was at the door of the room when I saw Yuri standing in front of
Jay-jay. My forehead creased but when I saw Jay's blouse I almost loose my
sanity.
"What the..." I said that caught Yuri's attention.
He had a worried look.
"Why is she like this?" I asked with authority.
"She's tipsy." Yuri answered quickly.
I turned back to Jay-jay. I was just as shocked when I saw her slowly taking off her blouse. I quickly took off my polo to
cover her. Yuri did the same.
I know she's going to complain. Before she could say a thing I carry her
and put her over my shoulder.
"Stop it! Put me down!" She shouts.
Damn! Profanity.
"Keifer..." Yuri called me. "...What are you going to do?"
What am I going to do? I don't even know. I just have to get him out of here
and stop him. Whatever he drank, I know he can't take it.
"I don't know!" I shout to Yuri and release a heavy sigh. "...I just have to
stop him!"
I don't know what to do. I look at our friends who's looking at us to.
Whatever!
I walked out of the room while Jay was still drinking. I quickly
left the room. I was going to put him in the car to take him somewhere but I looked at the stairs leading to the second floor. That room!
That's better than leaving.
I climbed the stairs. I can sense Yuri behind me.
"Where are you taking him?" He asked.
I didn't give him an answer. I continue walking until I reach the room at
the end of the hallway.
"Put me down! I'll throw you up!" Jay shouts again.
I took the keys from my pocket. I had a hard time getting them. I immediately threw them at Yuri who caught them.
"Open this gaddamn door!" I said in an uproar voice.
She followed me even though she didn't seem to be herself. I immediately
entered when she opened the door. I threw Jay-jay on the sofa.
"Stop it! How good are you at sucking!" She shouts again.
Profanity.
"Calm down Jay." Yuri said that's arch my brow.
She also tried to approach Jay but he quickly threw a pillow at her.
I can't help but smirk.
I looked at my dropped polo. My eyes quickly moved to her clothes. I swallowed. Her thing is almost showing up.
She suddenly shouts while looking at her clothes. "Why is my uniform open?!"
"You're the one—!" I tried to explain but she throws pillow at me.
"Why are you here?! Are you planning something for me?!" She added while
pointing fingers at us.
I almost slap my face. I don't know what's going on in her mind.
Now I'm starting to think that she's drunk.
"Are you sure that she's not drunk?" I ask Yuri to make sure.
"She's not asking for a virgin to sacrifice. So, she's not drunk."
Yeah, I forgot.
She transforms into a witch when she's drunk.
That's kinda weird. There are people who break up with their
boyfriends or girlfriends when they're drunk. Some jokes get corny and
repeated. And I know someone who thinks he belongs to the anime world
before passing out and that's every time he got drunk.
I'm not saying that it's Yuri.
But Jay-jay's is even scarier. Maybe he'll just
stab us all and burn us.
Jay-jay automatically lay down at the sofa. She's probably tired or sleepy.
"It's really hot." He said and covered his face with a pillow.
I turn to Yuri and aks him. "Who gave her alcohol to drink?"
"I don't know. She's acting weird when she came back after lunch."
After lunch?
She's with Percy the whole lunch time. She's the only one allowed to bring alcohol to school. She really tolerated it. Since she didn't know what happened to Jay-jay when he got drunk.
Not that long when she fell asleep. Maybe the alcohol was also affecting his body.
I felt a piece for a while. I sighed to relieve my body's fatigue.
"Can you..." Yuri started that broke our silence. "...tell me the real reason."
Here he goes again.
"Why?" I said as if I didn't know what he's talking about.
I'm doing this to the moon even though I know
Yuri knows I'm lying.
It's really hard to keep a secret from him. But I will try my best to
hide it.
"I'm not damn stupid Keifer."
Tss... You're definitely not.
"If you're not damn stupid, then what are you trying to do? Shouldn't you be
happy that I'm gone from your path. You can get the
girl you want." I said and looked at him straight in the eye.
Yes, enjoy the moment that I'm not around. Enjoy the moment that you're
with Jay-jay. Because that's only for a while and you will never get her.
He's obviously having second thoughts. He's too proud. He
won't take advantage of the situation. He prefers a fair fight
even though I don't seem to feel it.
I reach my pocket for my cigarette. I can't wait so I brought
some. I don't know if I can use it right now.
"I still want to know the truth."
"What for?" I ask while handling him a cigarette but he refuses.
"Are you really serious about quitting? I thought you're just kidding." He
makes me chuckled.
I just lit my cigarette. I need to be calm
so that Yuri won't notice me anymore. He's too critical. If I make a small
mistake, his suspicions will increase.
"Don't change the topic. Please answer me Keifer."
I exhale smoke and turn away from him.
"You know the answer, why are you still asking?"
"I don't Keifer. I don't know the exact answer."
"You were there when I planned it. I thought you were in but you
dropped out halfway through."
He chuckled bitterly. "Your plan. Again?" He shook his head. "That's
your reason for this shit! That's your reason for hurting Jay-jay?!"
He's starting to raise his voice. I looked at Jay-jay and noticed
his slight movement. I couldn't see his face properly
because of the pillow he was covering.
Is she awake?She probably is. Is it because of the strength of Yuri's voice?
"That's the fvcking truth." I answered with a bored tone.
I need to be extra careful. Jay-jay can't hear any possibility that will give him a clue.
"I'm the happiest guy in town when you stay away from Jay-jay. It's nice to think that I have a chance with him. But when I saw him hurt..." He continued. "...I want to punch you. I want to blame you for everything and make you pay."
You care a lot for Jay-jay that you forget your own pain. You're so
caring that you forget to love yourself.
"Why didn't you do it?" I challenged him because I felt like I really needed a punch.
"Because I know there's something else."
"And that something is?"
"You're lying." He said that makes me stop. "...You lied to us, you lied to Jay-jay and you lied to yourself."
So fvcking good on observation. I want to curse him because of his
talent.
"I lied to no one."
"I told you. I'm not damn stupid!" I heard his heavy breathing.
"...You've been holding off on your plan for a long time. That's why the entire
Section E has stopped. We're not numb enough to not feel it."
I finished the cigarette stick because I was feeling tense.
I'm only a little bit more likely to slip away from him.
Think wisely Keifer!
"Keifer." He called my name almost begging. "...If you can't
tell Jay-jay and the entire
Section E, at least I can."
"I don't have to tell you."
I can't tell you. I can't tell anyone.
"Damn it Keifer! You're in love with Jay-jay but you choose to hurt
her! Why?! What's the fvcking reason?!"
Because I have to! I fvcking have to! I'm sorry Jay!
"I'm not Yuri. I'm not in love with her."
Out of nowhere, his fist hit me straight in the face. I sat on the floor
and quickly wiped my lips.
I almost loose my temper but then I realize that I deserve this.
"You know I know when you're lying but you keep
repeating!"
"I'm not."
I'm in love with her! I am! I really do!
"If you don't have feelings for Jay-jay. Why are you so angry when another man approaches her?"
I shook my head. I couldn't answer what she wanted to say. I just chose to
stand up and walk away. But I left some words she could
believe.
"I'm just playing around." I said and walked away.
I sighed as I left the room. I have to do this.
Jay is awake, I saw him for a moment.
I feel so weak. I can't do anything but hurt him to
save him. Damn this family! Damn this Watson family! Nothing matters to
those people but money. They will use anything to get what they want.
This is frustrating. I'm hopeless. I am Keifer Watson, I can do everything
what I want but why can't I do anything for her?
I'm fvcking useless.
I don't know who to talk to. I don't know who else to approach. I took my phone out of my pocket.
Angelo the Demon King is the only person that I know who can help me.
But the price will be high. It's not possible! He's not possible!
If I talk to Keigan, he's sure to be practical. He'll just give me the same solution he always says.
Get rid of Jay-jay.
Who else will I talk to?
I looked at my cellphone again when I received a message from an unknown number.

Message: don't wait for my handsomeness. Later at kingsGround. It's Percy. I sighed. This one went along. Maybe it's better if I go first with him. Maybe liquor can help me find
someone to talk to.I walked away from that building. I know Yuri will take care of
Jay-jay without taking advantage of her situation. I feel jealous
at the thought of them hugging. But I can't do anything if Jay-jay needs a
shoulder to cry on.
So I'll just let them go.
I reach my car and immediately hop in. I start the engine and drive fast. I
badly want to taste some alcohol now. I need it! My tongue needs it, my
body needs it and my fvcking mind needs it.
But my heart needs Jay-jay.
When I got to KingsGround I just parked the car. I didn't care if it got stolen. I went inside and Tiger's mapping
men greeted me.
"S-sir... We're still closed." One of them said. "Boss is still
sleeping."
"It's okay. I'm not here for him. I'm here to drink."
I didn't wait for him to say anything and went to the counter bar where a bartender was wiping a glass.
"My usual." I said while sitting on a stool.
He quickly took a glass and poured it. He handed it to me before
returning to what he was doing. I accepted it and drank it.
After putting down the glass, I immediately took out my phone and texted Percy.

Message: Don't keep me waiting. I'm here dummy!
After sending, I put the phone back in my pocket and drank the contents of the
glass again. I finished it quickly so I immediately asked for it.
I had already had six glasses when Percy arrived. His
hair was still messy as if he had been hastily combed.
"You pay for my drink!" He shouted at me before sitting on the
stool next to me.
"Whatever."
He motioned to the bartender. "Give me something for the handsome guy."
What the...
The bartender scratched his head. He clearly didn't know what
he was talking about.
I faced the bartender. "Give him the poison."
Percy immediately turned his gaze on me.
"Okay. As long as you drink it!"
I smirked while shaking my head. I also motioned for the bartender to
give me another one.
He quickly grabbed it before giving Percy another drink. He quickly
took it down before asking for another one.
We're both in silent for a while before he decided to speak.
"What happened Keifer?" He asked seriously while looking at his hand
with the glass of alcohol.
"With Freya?"
"With you, with Yuri, with Aries and with our friendship."
Our friendship?
I stopped drinking and looked at him. He was still
looking at his glass.
"You see, I'll ask you more." I said and took a sip.
"There's something wrong... It's wrong." He shook his head before taking a sip
from his glass.
"Wrong? It's wrong that we broke up or it's wrong that we're in the same school."
"Why are you helping Aries?"
"Tss... Didn't know you suffered from amnesia."
"I don't have amnesia!"
He finished his glass and signaled to the bartender.
"Then you shouldn't ask that stupid question about Aries." I said
sounds irritated.
He shook his head and laughed in disbelief.
"I thought you were the best of all of us. Except for being handsome, of course."
I almost roll my eyes. He actually managed to insert that into the conversation.
"What are you trying to say?" I want him to be straight to the
point.
"You're such a gullible." He give me a deadpan look.
Whatever he's trying to say, I know it's between the four of us. It has
something to do with our past and I know it might affect Jay-jay
