As Tyler lied in bed he sighed thinking about having to go to school and that he would have to work he wished he could go back to sleep.

But due to waking up late his mom had already left and that would mean that he was being forced to walk to school.
As a person who only had enough energy to go to school, eat, shit, wank and sleep having to walk was something that he deemed unnecessary and unimportant in his way of life.
Nevertheless, he got up and left.
Walking down the pavement, he kept his eyes trained on the blocks and cracks not letting a single line touch him. It was not that he was superstitious simply that he didn't have any energy for most things unless he was interested in them. He kept himself interested by avoiding the cracks almost like game.
As his feet touched the road he looked down only to realize too late that a truck was staring right at him. He wanted to move but it was almost like he was frozen.
