In terms of weapon length, the Sea God Trident and the Asura Demon Sword were both roughly two meters long, qualifying them as long weapons.

Though there was a saying that "an inch longer means an inch stronger," neither the Sea God nor the Asura God were pushovers in close combat.

One had fought their way through mountains of corpses and seas of blood, while the other had spent a millennium battling endlessly on the ocean. Both had reached the pinnacle of mortal martial arts and eventually developed their own ultimate techniques.

"Thirteen Styles of the Sea God—Unsettled Waves!!!"

"Asura Slash!!!"

Neither side gave an inch, and an intense close-quarters battle erupted between them.

Far away in the god realm, Poseidon sipped a glass of fine wine and sighed with admiration.

"Youth truly is full of vitality. Watching them fight makes me feel years younger."

Some of the gods who were on good terms with Poseidon chuckled along.

The atmosphere in the room was light and relaxed.

Only the Asura God frowned as he watched the screen.

Tang San, hastily nurtured to ascend, was far from a perfect successor. Though his divine techniques appeared powerful, they were still clumsy in execution and lacked the finesse to fully suppress his opponent.

Even with the boost of a first-tier god state and the backing of a God King-level divine position, Tang San couldn't suppress Ye Wen. On the contrary, Ye Wen's mastery of the Thirteen Styles of the Sea God was so fluid and overwhelming that it seemed to gradually gain the upper hand over Tang San.

Moreover, the Asura God was concerned about something else.

As the battle dragged on, Tang San grew increasingly alarmed. He hadn't expected Ye Wen, who had always seemed unassuming, to not only be the Sea God but also possess such formidable combat strength.

However, in a moment of distraction, Ye Wen thrust his trident forward, sending Tang San flying.

"Phew!"

Though the Asura God armor absorbed most of the impact, Tang San still felt a sharp pain in his chest.

Looking at Ye Wen calmly approaching, Tang San's expression darkened.

He had expected to dominate the battle with the power unleashed by his domain, yet here he was, humiliated.

Ye Wen didn't press the attack immediately. Instead, he sheathed his Sea God Trident and softly said,

"Thank you, Little Tang San. It's been a long time since I've had such an exhilarating close-range battle."

Tang San gripped his sword with both hands, his eyes filled with murderous intent.

"Are you mocking me, Sea God?!

It was just a careless mistake earlier—I didn't dodge. Don't get too cocky!!!"

"Think whatever you want, Little Tang San. I've had enough fun. It's time to end this boring fight."

Ye Wen's attitude made Tang San laugh bitterly.

"You're too arrogant, Sea God!!!

Your divine position is merely that of a first-tier god, while mine is of a God King. What gives you the right to look down on me?!!!"

Ye Wen simply smiled indifferently and began forming hand seals.

This scene caused the gods watching from the god realm to widen their eyes in shock. Many even stood up in disbelief.

"What is this!?"

"Am I sensing this correctly?"

"Heh, so it seems this domain expansion isn't exclusive to one person after all."

Tang San, too, stared wide-eyed at the unfolding scene before him.

"Do you know, Little Tang San, that there are three ways to deal with a closed-type domain?

The first is to kill the domain's master within the domain itself—the domain will naturally unravel.

The second is for someone outside the domain to forcefully destroy the shell of the closed-type domain with overwhelming power, thereby rescuing those inside.

And the third… is what I'm doing now.

Domain Expansion—Boundless World!!!"

The previously crimson world now split into distinct red and white zones, clearly delineated.

"The only thing that can counter a domain is another domain.

Now, I'm going to counterattack. Are you ready, Second-Generation Asura God Tang San?"

At this moment, Ye Wen transformed completely. His aura turned icy cold as he stared at Tang San with a chilling gaze.

Tang San, too, calmed himself and stared back at Ye Wen. He could clearly feel that the effects of his domain binding Ye Wen had been dispelled.

But knowing how the domain worked, Tang San dared not release it—if he did, he would only grow weaker.

Moreover, the killing intent emanating from Ye Wen told Tang San that this battle would end only with one side's death.

The clash of their domains was undoubtedly the climax of this fight, leaving the gods of the god realm cheering and eagerly watching.

Tang San took a deep breath and muttered to himself,

"I didn't want to use this, because these two techniques will inflict significant damage on me even now."

Suddenly, a violent surge of energy erupted from Tang San.

Ten spirit rings—nine red and one golden—appeared around him.

Ye Wen clearly guessed what Tang San was planning but didn't stop him. Instead, he watched with great interest.

"Explode Rings!!!!!!!!!!"

Without hesitation, Tang San detonated all ten spirit rings at once.

However, instead of channeling the essence of these rings into his Hao Tian Hammer, Tang San poured all of it directly into the Asura Demon Sword.

At this moment, Tang San's face twisted in ferocity, and a terrifying aura radiated from him.

His power, originally at the initial stage of a first-tier god, surged by another level or two.

"This is truly fearsome—the ultimate explosive soul skill born from the Douluo system," Ye Wen remarked seriously.

But Tang San wasn't done yet. The Asura Demon Sword, now glowing with blinding red light, was raised into a stance.

"Divine Technique—Asura Blood Sword!!!"

This move finally caught Ye Wen's full attention.

Based on the intelligence he had gathered from Poseidon, this was undoubtedly one of the Asura God's super divine techniques.

Sword and body united, spirit and soul as one—igniting the Asura bloodline at the cost of expending one's essence for a final, all-out strike.

At this moment, Tang San's hair stood on end, blood flowed from his seven orifices, and his eyes turned crimson, resembling a madman.

"Truly terrifying. Just like the Asura God himself. No wonder he's the Asura God," Ye Wen said earnestly.

But Tang San had already entered a state of madness, disregarding everything else. He lunged forward, raising his sword and unleashing a devastating strike.

"Kill!!!"

The overwhelming killing intent and razor-sharp slash created an illusion for Ye Wen that Tang San could cleave through space itself.

Moreover, powerful individuals in the later stages of cultivation often possessed the ability to lock onto their enemies, ensuring their attacks wouldn't miss. At this moment, Tang San had completely locked onto Ye Wen's position.

Dodging was impossible, Ye Wen thought silently.

But don't underestimate my domain either.

While the deeper layers of the Li Zhi Jian space were inescapable, there was still—

"Divine Technique—Boundless Barrier!!!"

In an instant, countless spatial barriers appeared before Ye Wen.

Tang San's strike instantly obliterated three thousand layers of defense, but the space in front of Ye Wen continued to stretch endlessly, forming countless new obstacles.

"Ahh!!!"

Tang San kept pouring everything into this single strike, but it seemed Ye Wen's defenses had no end.

Finally, everything fell silent.

Tang San collapsed to his knees, powerless, and then fainted.

The domain battle had ended.

Only Ye Wen's calm voice lingered in the air.

"Don't underestimate my divine power reserves, Asura God."
