"I say we should go with Gamble of growth." (Kyle)
"No way, it makes more sense to go with the Foundation of multiple." (Mark)
"I think the Can always find you would be smart, so we can always find another rift dungeon." (Justin)
"Why in the world would we go out of our way to find another dungeon? Anna almost died when the boss monster hit us." (Greyson)
Anna started to come to when they were all talking.
"Why don't we go through and decide what we won't do?" (Anna)
"The boss skill is interesting, but I don't like how random it is, and only one of us can have it." (Justin)
"If that's the case, the option Safe Haven makes no sense for us unless we plan on returning to the camp we helped with. So for us, there is no point." (Greyson)
"The invisibility option is interesting, but for me, it is pointless because the shadow walk skill will grant me invisibility." (Kyle)
"It did..." (Mark)
"Don't say it did say it would fuse duplicate skills. They won't be duplicate skills." (Kyle)
"The monsters were invisible even in the daylight, your skill requires darkness and shadows." (Mark)
Kyle grunted, folding his arms as he tilted his head down.
"I see your point." (Kyle)
"We can say for sure that we can't go with the elixer because it says we don't have the equipment, from what the description says." (Justin)
Everyone tilted their heads, trying to think of anything they did or didn't want.
"I still want to have the ability to locate other rift dungeons. It makes sense, and we can choose who gets it so it won't be random." (Justin)
"I say no on that one." (Anna)
Justin looked like he wanted to protest, but Anna kept talking.
"Firstly, it only allows us to sense the location of Common dungeons, and we don't even know if it is a directional sense or if you have to be within a certain distance of the dungeon. Besides, if we encounter another dungeon, we may have the same option later. So let's wait for it and get it for the next dungeon we go into." (Anna)
Justin grunted and sat down. The others had started setting up the camp.
"Okay, so our final options are Gamble of Growth and the foundation of multiple." (Greyson)
Kyle groaned.
"We should put the invisibility option on the table." (Kyle)
"No, let's not. Firstly, it won't automatically start at the level of the monsters that we had to fight. And you already mentioned that you have a skill that would do something similar in the future." (Justin)
"Okay, how about a vote? I think the Foundation of Multiple would be good." (Mark)
"Gamble of growth offers spells and equipment that level with the wearer. I won't be able to do that for a long time, and the possibility of crafting equipment or a potion recipe sounds great." (Anna)
"Foundation of multiple. I'm hoping to get a quick heal ability or something similar. It sucks to be healing so slowly. Anna had her arm and leg broken, but both are already healed, yet I'm still in pain and healing like a normal person. Although if the gamble of growth wins, I won't be upset because it will still be useful." (Kyle)
"Gamble of growth will be important for us as we get stronger, and if we are lucky, we might get a healing potion or healing spell. Besides, even if it is random, it will still be something we could use." (Greyson)
Justin sat there, his foot bouncing as he was thinking. Anna didn't envy him for being a tiebreaker; she felt relieved she didn't have to contemplate everyone's reasoning.
"Gamble of growth." (Justin)
Playfully, Mark acted wounded.
"Brother, you have betrayed me. Why?" (Mark)
Justin smirked and shoved his little brother, who was pretending to be wounded, off his seat as they laughed. Anna smiled softly before getting the tent out of her inventory and setting things up to have a fire pit, the darkness of the night encroaching on their camp.
