Her name's Yukina. She's 14 orbits old and She's a careless and corrupt criminal.
She had committed the crime of creating a cure.
When she arrived at the horrific scene of rubble and destruction , her attention was immediately captured by Hudson as he got up from the ground , where he had been slouching sadly .
He was still nursing the wounds that his master had given him and trying to recover from the hurt he was feeling and yet he kept on moving , trying to forget Eros and focus on the task at hand.
He went and tied the Zombie girl in rope. Angelica struggled and made disturbing groans as the rope touched her discolored skin.
Hudson thought of Eros. This was all his fault , but Hudson didn't blame him.
Instead Hudson searched for a reason , an excuse and an alibi for his master.
When he found none he simply decided to make one up like a true hypocrite would.
He then went over to Enmei who started arguing with him about Eros while he began to free her from the vines.
They were always arguing about Eros, but this time Hudson was being even more defensive.
Yukina watched them as they argued about him as if there was nothing else to talk about.
Eros had somehow managed to be the center of all their arguments even when their lives were at risk and he wanted nothing to do with either of them.
Yukina was about to interrupt them but as she looked around, taking in the bizarre scenery her gaze met her saviour who was lying, injured on the ground.
She no longer cared about anything else that was going on in her presence.
"Venus !" She shouted and her savior moved slightly in response as tears rushed from Yukina's eyes.
Hudson and Enmei stared at her with concern and empathy.
Sadness decorated her face.
"We called for help for her but no one showed up." Hudson told her as she ran to Venus' side, taking out the last healing potion that she had.
Without hesitation, she gave it to her Savior .
"Drink it all ." She told Venus as she opened the bottle and placed it at her mouth. She opened her mouth slightly and Yukina poured it all in.
Venus' body slowly began to heal and as Yukina sat by her side with her eyes still filled with tears she remembered her past and the time when Venus had first saved her .
Yukina was an orphan, who had spent her youth on a strange planet, selling healing potions to people in need just so she could have a place to sleep at night.
She had to learn how to fend for herself at a young age and her potion selling business was doing well until she became a target.
People would rob her because they needed to save a friend who was sick and they couldn't afford to pay her for her potions.
The government wanted her dead because she was curing the diseases that they couldn't. .
She was declared a threat and they started spreading propaganda to the people of their planet , claiming she was a witch with malicious intent.
Later the government issued a warning to the public to ruin her reputation and make her seem like she was a monster.
WANTED : YUKINA , DEAD OR ALIVE . REWARD : 2 MILLION DOLLARS
She was treated like an imposter who had been possessed by a demon and the authorities wanted her captured before the day of the harvest to prevent a catastrophe that they made up.
Soon most people believed and she had to run from city to city, looking for a safe place.
When she was finally found on the day before the harvest she was surrounded by men who wanted to kidnap her.
That's when Venus came to her rescue , shooting arrows at her oppressors and swooping in with her large beautiful wings.
She had thought that Venus was an Angel, but she later found out that she was a Cupid.
Yukina never knew that cupids existed until that day.
Because of Yukina the Government made it illegal to create cures and banned all beings who had the power and ability to create potions.
According to their Law , Yukina was a reckless criminal who deserved to be punished.
" Are you ok ? " The young potion maker asked Venus, ignoring Hudson and Enmei , who had began to argue again.
As she kneeled down by her Savior's side she focused on what was really important.
Venus was fine right now and that's what mattered the most to her.
Venus coughed , gripping her side in pain as the potion healed her slowly.
Alto appeared in front of them with a smirk on his face.
" Our Master just saved the human, only to beat him up a minute later. You should have seen it ! Watching Hudson getting his butt kicked was hilarious." Alto laughed and Yukina scowled.
Hudson glared at him.
" Shut up. He'll come crawling back soon." Hudson told Alto and Alto smirked mischievously.
"And what if he never does? Eros is strong all by himself. When will you realize that he doesn't need you ?" Alto asked and Hudson couldn't contain his anger anymore.
He charged at Alto , raising his fist to hit him in his face.
"Halt." Alto's voice echoed and Hudson froze right there, anger cemented on his face.
Hudson's thoughts grew louder.
Eros left . Eros LEFT.
Eros had barely given him a chance to prove himself , and as soon as he thought he was making progress Eros had disowned him completely.
Hudson felt defeated.
" It's sad that you thought you could be his weapon in the first place. You're not strong enough. You don't deserve - " Alto started but Hudson seem to have broken free from Alto's control.
' I'm weak. Alto's right. This is why Eros hates me. ' Hudson thought and those words felt like overwhelming attacks.
They all looked at Hudson in shock as he held his head and shook it aggressively as if his thoughts had been stones , thrown with force and hitting him where it hurts most.
He walked out of the spot he was stuck in.
" Why does it matter if I deserve it ? People don't always get what they deserve. You deserve his power but you don't have it. Do you ? I don't care what you think. I wanted his power and I got it." Hudson stated as he walked towards Alto angrily and Alto couldn't believe that Hudson had escaped his power.
"Maybe if you had been desperate just like me ...his power would have pitied you and latched onto you too." Hudson stated bitterly and a second later blood was running from his lips.
Alto punched him and Hudson smirked in satisfaction.
His goal was to piss off Alto and it worked perfectly.
" Leave him alone. Its not fair to bully him just because he's human." Yukina tried to defend Hudson, but the man she spoke to had a different perspective.
" Come on, Yukina. You're acting all mature and serious when you aren't even old enough to fly a spaceship." Alto complained and Yukina frowned, standing to her feet.
" Hudson don't let Alto get to you.All he's good for is talking. It is his power, you know." Yukina told the human , rolling her eyes at Alto as she spoke.
Seductive Speech ..... or the Echo of Enslavement was a powerful power to have but Alto was too busy being jealous of Hudson to truly appreciate his own gift.
Venus got up and surprised Yukina with an hug.
"Thank you Yukina. From the moment we met I knew you were special. You've made me proud and I've never regretted taking you under my wing." Venus told the young girl and Yukina cheeks became decorated slightly with pink .
She smiled.
Yukina really loved making potions to heal others. Potions made people happy and she made potions to change the world, but so far she has never developed a cure for any human diseases, or any diseases outside the planet she came from.
Yukina had her work cut out for her , but she didn't mind as long as she could save people like Venus then she'd keep going.
Things could have turned out so differently if Venus hadn't save her and so she respected Venus greatly.
A scream grabbed her attention.
There was a boy running away from the biggest monster that she'd ever see and they were running in her direction.
The monster was like a large bear with horns and a horrific face that could scare the devil.
Yukina could tell that Hudson was terrified by the way he grabbed the zombie girl , put her over his back.
He grabbed Enmei's hand and pulled her behind him. He started running away with Enmei and the zombie that he seemed to be strangely fond of.
" Venus , Yukina run !" Hudson shouted and we all ran as fast as we could.
" I am going to turn back ." Hudson said and the girls around him stopped running completely.
They all turned back.
" What are you doing ? Run away !" Hudson shouted at them with a sense of urgency.
None of them had intended to leave him behind.
" I would never let my Master's weapon fight alone." Venus said as she took flight and approached the monster and Hudson's eyes widened.
Venus knew that Hudson wanted Eros' approval right now and she was trying her best to cheer him up.
Venus trapped the monster in her vines .
She swooped down and rescued the boy , who was now sweating hard from fear.
" And I'll never abandon my best friend." Enmei said and Hudson smiled widely .
A bit of colour blossomed into his cheeks.
" If Venus is fighting for someone then I will too." Yukina said and Hudson nodded at her in acknowledgement .
Determination covered his face.
The monster broke free from the vines , crushing everything in its path.
Hudson took flight , drawing his sword of power as he approached the large monster ahead of them.
He was determined to prove himself worthy of the power that he was blessed with.
" FLYTRAP !" Venus shouted as she released small plants around the monster but the monster stepped on some of them crushing them to pieces
One of her Flytraps grew extremely large and swallowed the monster but in a second the monster had busted out of the plant's bite, ripping the plant to bits in the process.
The monster sped up its steps suddenly, almost crushing Yukina in the process. She looked up , her body was slouched and stiff.
She closed her eyes as she braced herself for the horrible impact.
Any moment now the young potion maker would be crushed under the weight of the beast.
" Hey Little lady. It seems like you need a Hero. Lucky for you I'm feeling heroic. " A voice said and when she opened her eyes again there was an older boy with long black hair with a large pole in his hand standing in front of her , launching himself into the air with the pole like he was a pole vaulter . From where she was he looked like a very attractive athlete.
When he got into the air he never let the pole go; instead he pulled it Infront of him again and used it as a weapon to hit the large monster.
He was tall, pale, a bit skinny and he had toned abs. He wasn't wearing a shirt and only a bottom piece that resembled a skirt and ancient Egyptian clothing
The young girl stared at him , mesmerized by him as she got closer .
He smirked , exposing large fangs as he leaped into the air and slapped the monster with the pole.
Hudson and Venus fought alongside the strange new man
" Is that a pole ? Woah ! How are you so strong ? " Hudson asked the stranger as he blasted the monster with his power.
" It's a secret. " The younger man smirked at Hudson, giving the human a glimpse at his fangs and a clue to the reason that he had extremely unnatural strength.
Hudson stared at him with admiration. He thought he was cool and he wanted to be his friend.
The mysterious stranger launched himself even higher into the air with the pole and as he descended he pulled it towards him and stabbed the monster with it .
The creature fell over with a loud crash that caused rocks and dust to rise to the air.
The stranger vanished.
